This thought has always being on my mind for many years now.
I have interacted with a few married women who are already mothers and they opened up to me that their husbands have Never made them to climax or reach orgasms. At the time, I didn't believe it. In my small and juvenile mind, I used to that for a woman to conceive, she needed to reach that climax and zenith of Sex. It felt weird to me. But overtime, I realized they were actually correct.

Till date, I'm yet to understand the biological makeup of a woman. I only know that a woman gets wet. I don't know how they cum. Do they cum externally or internally?. I had sex with one of my girlfriends some years ago, and before a few thrusts here and there, I had seen some foamy whitish fluid all over my Dick. I was so happy. I felt like a real man and able to satisfy her. I don't know if that was her cum.
So, right now, I'm thinking, what if a man needed to make a woman reach orgasms before she can get pregnant. That means that our population wouldn't have been this high and explosive. 9 out of every 10 married women complain that their husbands can't satisfy them in bed. This is why some women cheat in their marriages because as soon as they come across any man who can satisfy them, they never leave. They hold on to such men. If a woman had an ex boyfriend who was satisfy her only sexually and same woman got married to a different man who can't satisfy her, there's a very high possibility that she would have extramarital affairs. It's even worse if they reside in same town.

We wouldn't have been up to 100 people in Nigeria because majority of women are yet to experience orgasm. The case is even worse when the woman is Circumcised. Women who are circumcised never enjoy sex.
