Please if I'm posted to a PPA I don't like, can I later change it please??� If yes, how do I go about it please?

Please who knows if DELSU has directed those who bought Change of Course form to go and change with JAMB?

They said they'd notify us on when to change with JAMB but I'm yet to see any notification and I'm beginning to get worried...

My sister, an art student wrote English, Government, Literature and CRS in her JAMB and now she wants to buy Change of Course form for Political Science Education which is a social science course... Can she change to POS?
