This same building, the parafet is 1.8m, wood work is 2m and 6m was spent on roofing. That's a total of 9.8m.

Why you no kuku mention 2 billion? 3 bedroom with normal painted zinc, sliding aluminum, half pop and well water with reservoir tank and pump wouldn't cost more than 10m, standard with longspan aluminum roofing sheet with pop and casement shouldn't cost more than 15-17m, while standard 3bedroom bungalow is between 20-25 if your land is not water logged area. No damp proof course and raft foundation..

There are two things involved in haulage business 1- Per trip, 2- Hiring

You will be paid based on how many trips you carry, That's per trip

Hiring is fixed on a particular price, the client might decided to pay your driver or you pay depending on your agreement.. The work duration is "8hours" per day.. The present project I am on now is 150k per day. You buy diesel 30-40Litres and pay driver 10k, you will still be left with 100,000 per day. Per trip is the best if the distance is short but clients usually run from it

I bought this recently at the rate of 17m.. Used Volvo fl10 truck, the tokunbo is the best and are usually between 30-40m depending on the grade.. 10 tyres Volvo, man diesel, mack or iveco is good. But if you're in Lagos, howo is the best but howo brand-new is too costly. Usually between the range of 90-100m for 10tyres, The tokunbo is usually between the range of 50-60m but howo tokunbo are not as effective as new.. Tokunbo of others like Volvo, iveco, scania, man diesel or mack are usually very good but their buckets aren't as big as howo and they mostly prefer big bucket trucks in Lagos.. I have a project going on in around Shagamu interchange, the pay is good, Atleast you will be left with 90k daily. If you're interested in the business. I will show you the way and I am not demanding anything from you in exchange
