A yet to be identified lady has been making the rounds online after she posted hot photos of herself inside a church after service.

The young lady reportedly attended the first service of the year in style and decided to take pictures in the church which she posted online.


But her attire and posture have got people wondering and talking as to whether she “unknowingly” entered a church after making plans to attend a party.

While many feel her attire is okay, some others have berated her for not totally covering up and seeking attention.

The 14th annual Africa Movie Academy Awards, AMAA held at the Intare Conference Arena in Kigali, Rwanda, last night. And Nigerian actors, Richard Mofe-Damijo, Dakore Egbuson, Joke Silva, and others emerged winners at the award night.

While RMD emerged the overall Best Actor in a Leading Role, for the part, he played in Cross Roads, the veteran actress, Silva, bagged the Best Actress in a Supporting Role award for her character in Potato Potahto.

A viral video making rounds on the internet, shows a white woman crying and begging after falling for a fraud orchestrated by an internet fraudster a.k.a yahoo boy.

The white woman was heard saying that she got the yahoo boy a car, before the sound dropped as the lady spilled more details of her ordeal. Here is the video below;

This is coming few months, after a set of Nigerian yahoo boys who are yet to be identified took advantage of a white old man. That is not all. After duping him of his money, they had a video call with him which they shared on social media. In the motion picture, he was begging for his money to be returned.

But the young men only took to falling over themselves with laughter and mocking him. Even as they insulted him for being a victim of their scam, they kept on repeating the words “you go cry die” which just as much indicated that they were not ready to be empathetic towards his plight.

Two businessmen identified as Pius Ebere and Peter Attah, have been arrested by the Police for allegedly stealing spare parts in Lagos, Punch Metro reports.

The police said on Monday that Ebere who was arrested on Friday, had allegedly abandoned his car with number plate, FST 616 DV, after a police patrol team stopped him for a routine check on Oke Afa Bridge.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, Chike Oti, said after a search was conducted on the abandoned car, some auto parts and a number plate, AAA 472 CP, which belonged to one Suleiman Waheed, were recovered.

Oti said:

“The police patrol team, led by the Area Commander, Area D Command, Mushin, ACP Akinbayo Olasoji, stopped the Honda Accord, owned and driven by Pius Ebere, an auto parts dealer in Ladipo market, for a routine check; but instead of allowing the police do their job, the man escaped into the night. The vehicle was towed away to the station and the runaway suspect was eventually arrested.

“The following items, engraved with number plate, AAA 472 CP, believed to have been stolen from a vehicle, were recovered from the suspect: two headlamps, car stereo, four side door automatic control panels, brain box, side mirrors and four rear seats.

Investigation revealed that the items were stolen from a Lexus GX 472 SUV, belonging to one Suleiman Waheed. He has been contacted and he affirmed that the recovered items were parts of his car vandalised in the Ekoro area of the state.

“Other items recovered from the suspect’s car include: five brain boxes of Toyota and Lexus vehicles, four car stereos, a pair of Toyota Corolla 2011 rear lights, a pair of Toyota Corolla 2011 headlamps, three pairs of side mirrors and one front grill cover of Infinity Jeep. All recovered items are engraved with plate numbers by their various owners who had been contacted by the police to report with proof of ownership.”

The PPRO said investigation conducted into the case led to the arrest of the suspect’s accomplice, Attah – also an auto parts dealer in the Ladipo market.

He added that the state Commissioner of Police, Edgal Imohimi, had adviced Lagosians to engrave their number plates on their vehicle parts to expose burglars.

Oti said:

“When Attah’s shop in Ladipo auto spare parts market was searched, various types of suspected stolen car parts were recovered.

“It is the advice of the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, CP Imohimi Edgal, that vehicle owners should engrave their registration numbers on their vehicle parts to discourage vandals and predispose them to arrest by the police.

“Recall that exactly two months before the latest incident, on Sunday, August 12, 2018, another auto parts dealer from the same Ladipo market, Daniel Ekwerekwu, was confronted by a police patrol team from Anthony Police Division as he was vandalising cars parked on the streets of Mende-Maryland. His attempt to evade police arrest ended fatally, as his effort to scale a high wall led to his death.”

INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, who spoke at the opening of a two-day validation workshop titled “Study on the cost of elections in ECOWAS Region” on Monday in Abuja, stated that the All Progressives Congress (APC) will not field candidates for the 2019 general elections in Zamfara.

INEC Chairman re-emphasised that the deadline for submission of party candidates’ name to the commission was Oct 18, saying that it would give a full report on that after Nov. 18.

“WE HAVE ISSUED A STATEMENT ON ZAMFARA AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED. WE STAND BY THE STATEMENT THAT WE ISSUED,” HE SAID.

This is coming after INEC informed the ruling APC in a leaked memo, that it would not be allowed to field candidates for elective positions in Zamfara in the 2019 elections. In a letter signed by the commission’s acting Secretary, Okechukwe Ndeche, the commission maintained that the party was barred from fielding candidates for governorship, national assembly and state assembly elections.

However the APC National Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole, who later responded to INEC in a statement, said that the party had already arrived at a consensus before the deadline. According to him, after a high level of friction, disagreements and threats of violence by various political camps before the primaries, all the aspirants met at City King Hotel, Gusau, to find a truce.
Oshiomhole added that the claim by INEC that no primaries were conducted, could only be referring to its officials’ observation that actual voting did not take place.
