Compared to the traditional 18:9 display of most smartphones, the itel S15 Pro comes with a 19:5:9 display; another visible upgrade on the previous S-series smartphones from the brand. With a 6.1“ HD+ IPS Waterdrop FullScreen wrapped in a 2.5D glass covering, the screen has a slight curvature at the edge which makes the screen more exquisite and more comfortable for single-hand operation.
The phone breezes through apps without any visible lags thanks to its SC7731E quad-core processor at 1.3GHz, and its AndroidTM 9 Pie OS. Under the hood of the device is 32GB ROM + 2GB RAM, and a long-lasting 3000mAh battery which equal smooth multitasking and easy operation.
itel S15 Pro also flaunts a faster fingerprint sensor, safer face unlock system, dual 4G for faster connectivity and lots of other innovative features.

Phones / Re: Do You Know Your Phone Is Worth Changing? by leom007(m): 3:18am On Sep 18, 2019
If your smartphone looks like it has gone five rounds with Floyd Mayweather, then it’s time to change it. Having a cracked screen is the worst, and repairing it can be quite expensive. Before the phone completely outlives its usefulness, its better to upgrade into something better.
Your phone takes you back to the ‘80s, anytime you use the camera

Remember the 80s photos- blurry, black and white, absolutely vintage. When you take pictures with your phone and that is the result you get, my brother, my sister, time to change that phone. There are affordable models out there with impressive camera specs, capable of taking clear and crisp photos.
You’re always running out of storage
If you constantly have to delete your apps, pictures, and videos to make more storage room, then it’s time for an upgrade. Get yourself a new smartphone that can run faster, lighter, and use less memory.
In a race between a tortoise and your phone, the animal would win
Nobody wants to wait around for a smartphone that takes years to respond. Although there are reasons why your phone might slow down, in many cases, the age of the smartphone plays a part, over the Android update, RAM size, and many others. There is a good chance that the operating system on it is old and out of date. Not only will this prevent you from installing apps, it is also a security risk, as smartphone makers often stop releasing security updates for the older operating systems.
While there are a plethora of affordable yet reliable smartphones out there to upgrade to, why not opt for the latest selfie-centric smartphone in town – itel S15 Pro. This smartphone has proven to excel in rigorous reliability and camera quality tests with its 16MP AI selfie camera, triple rear camera, AI Beauty Mode 3.0, 6.1“ HD+ IPS Waterdrop FullScreen, AndroidTM 9 Pie, 3000mAh battery, 32GB ROM expandable up to 128GB RAM, 2GB RAM, Dual 4G internet connectivity, with other stellar features .
For an efficient all-round performance, the itel S15 Pro is your best bet. It comes in gradation purple at an affordable price of N29,500. For more information, visit @itelMobileNG on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram

Having to charge your battery every 30 minutes is enough to make anyone go nuts. If you have applied different tips on how to increase the battery life, and your smartphone battery still runs down before the day ends, then you know there is a problem. Rather than spend money on new batteries and chargers all the time, get yourself a new reliable and trendy smartphone, and drop that title of “King of low battery”.
You’re Spiderman’s landlord, as there is a giant spider web on your phone.

There are two kinds of people in this world- those who are quick to buy the latest devices every 6 to 10 months, and those who are perfectly fine hanging on to their aging smartphones, so far they work.

Whichever group you belong, let us remind you that this is 2019, therefore, you have absolutely no excuse moving around with a walking dead device as there is enough smartphone for everyone to go round. If your phone is old, broken, or it’s taking the back seat in giving you the best experience, it is definitely time to pick up a new one. Here are 5 signs it’s time to upgrade your smartphone. You’ll thank us later.

“Sorry, can I charge my phone here or with your power bank?” has become your catchphrase.

Technology Market / What Do You Know About Selfie? by leom007(m): 3:08am On Sep 18, 2019
Selfies have become a word that conjure up reactions such as pouting, tongue-out, head tilting, cheering, and different funny expressions from the person pressing the selfie camera button.
No doubt, selfies are fun to take, but the social media reactions in terms of likes and comments on them makes them more pleasing. Whether you like selfies or not, the truth is no one wants to end up with a bad picture on social media. This is why we have created a list of five creative tips to make your selfies picture-perfect!
Strike flattering poses: strike a pose that doesn’t accentuate your best facial features and you will have people swiping to the next post without even clicking the like button. Take note that your posture matters. So, take selfies from the right angles that show clear detail of your profile. You can pop one hip to the side for a slimmer waistline, or try placing a hand on a hip for slender looking arms among other stunning poses.
Check out the lighting: most people make the mistake of taking selfies by backing the light, but not only does it reflects poorly in the picture but it creates a distracting glare and overexposes your selfie. So next time, find good ambient light to illuminate your face without exposing every detail.
Optimize your background: imagine taking a selfie with a background that screams creepiness. Your background is a very important element in photography. Learn to remove unnecessary distraction and clutter that can make your picture look shabby
Use the right selfie camera smartphone: you can only get all these steps right if you have the most resourceful smartphone in hand. I would recommend the new itel S15 Pro, a smartphone built to fulfill a selfie lover’s dream. With a 16MP AI selfie camera and the new AI Face Beauty Mode 3.0, you get to capture not just clear but clearer, brighter and excellent selfies both in bright and low light conditions. Also, the advanced Screen Fill Light technology provides you with a softer and more balanced light source than selfie flashlights. It also helps you to create radiant selfie moments at any time of the day. Other specs include 2GB RAM +32GB ROM (expandable up to 128GB ROM), Dual 4G internet connectivity, triple rear camera, face unlock, fingerprint sensor, and a 3000mAh battery with AI Power Master. itel S15 Pro is a smartphone for everyone that is available at an affordable price.

Take selfies using high angles. Remember to take selfies horizontally. Always make use of hashtags to increase the chances of your picture getting seen.

Do you agree with our recommendations? Or do you have more suggestions for this selfie culture? Kindly let us know in the comments section. In the meantime, visit @itelMobileNG on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram for more information on the selfie smartphone, itel S15 Pro.

Phones / The Perquisites Of Being An Itel Smartphone User. by leom007(m): 11:43am On Jan 25, 2019
Let me start by saying I like Android phones, I like the myriad of software and hardware customization options. The knowledge that a slew of such mini-supercomputers that are making life easier are churned out daily by OEMs is quite fascinating. There is absolutely no limit to what we can do with them and how better they can get.
While some of these devices have compelling cameras that can make you go from a 2 to 10 beauty-wise, beautiful aesthetics that make you want to just raise them for the world to see and strong batteries that make you glued to them all day long, I must admit, when friends and family ask me what phone to buy, I tend to quickly recommend an itel smartphone over any other Android device.
why?
It’s simple. I get a fantastically priced bargain for headline-grabbing flagships that ticks off the right boxes in long-last battery capacity, amazing camera, facial recognition system, fingerprint sensor and speedy processors over its counterparts in the noisy Android market, that might keep someone like me or you awake at night, lamenting what could have been achieved with the hundreds of thousands of naira you just put down to purchase these counterparts. The first time I got my itel P32 smartphone, I remember my friend called the phone “ pretty much perfect”.
Well, maybe not in all its entirety, but…
There is an absolute unique user experience you get when you use an itel smartphone, perhaps these reasons that I had to discover by myself could help you change ship the next time you want to upgrade to go the itel route.
For starters, You won’t have to break the bank to enjoy the latest smartphone technology: itel Mobile has a great track record of pumping out high-quality mid-range smartphones for everyone that are reliable and trendy at a budget-friendly price tag. As a user, you get almost the same package with a high-end smartphone, at an affordable price. For excellent Instagram snaps, you get a 4in1 Big Pixel technology + 13MP on itel Selfies series smartphones that enables crystal-clear photos in low light and brightly lit scenarios. The smartphone also offers a full HD screen display and better build quality.
Besides, You never have to worry about your smartphone running out of juice. I use the itel P32, and I can proudly say I enjoy 48 hours of uninterrupted smartphone usage all day on just one single charge. With an itel phone, you leave the power bank and phone charger at home compared to other Android phones that were gotten for so much money but carry around a dead-beat battery.
Trust me, you don’t want to be caught up in that mess. Less I forget, the ease of use. Itel smartphones are user-friendly with an OS interface that is intuitive, clean and easy to use.
This might not be for everyone, but for someone who is fully interested in getting excellent value for money when it comes to tech, itel smartphones are truly the best plug. All summed up, I believe Itel mobile has found a way to integrate into our lives to make us productive by creating best in class smartphones for everyone.

Phones / The Spirit Of Naija... Energetic And Vibrant... by leom007(m): 11:36am On Jan 25, 2019
When you think of the average Nigerian, what do you see?
Perhaps, a resilient Giant with patriotic fervor, maximizing his potentials and abilities in a tasking environment, with eyes focused on the prize of becoming a viable force to be reckoned with in the society. You see a youthful soul irrespective of the age, and a trendsetter in fashion, culture, and enterprise, on which the strong foundation the Nigerian spirit emerges.

In a diversified economy like Nigeria, it is not surprising that every day new brands emerge with a business strategy spun around creating top-notch products to cater to the needs of consumers despite the overflooded competitive space. Through numerous advertising, PR and digital marketing schemes, persuasive information on their products are forced in the public eye. Ads pop up every minute, marketers put on a very convincing show in malls just to get a trial of their products, the process is exhausting, sometimes we just need these brands to take a breather.
But, it is not every day you also get to see brands in an African market space get rooted in the culture of its consumers, carefully carve a niche for themselves, amass a genuine target audience whilst constantly trying to discover ways to expand their reach into the lives of these people beyond their products. You would find such outstanding examples in brands like MTN, Dangote, itel Mobile etc., as they have proven to possess what it takes to flourish in the African terrain.
Since spreading its tentacles to African countries especially Nigeria in 2008, itel Mobile’s brand value and perception have always been aligned with the Nigerian spirit – resilience, consistency, and youthfulness. The Hi-innovative tech brand only came with one mission- to empower Nigeria’s economy by creating smartphones for everyone through best in class products that are reliable, trendy and affordable. itel Mobile is an encompassment of a unique brand development scheme, high-quality products that enjoy huge popularity within Africa, consistent improvement & more improvement as it cannot be overemphasized.

For a brand that is committed to reigniting the Nigerian spirit in every campaign embarked on, itel Mobile has contributed immensely to Nigerian communities, through an initiative tagged “itel Love always on” that addresses issues such as health infrastructures, Education, fight against hunger and poverty. A vivid example is the nationwide CSR extended to children through the donation of educational materials to support the aspirations of the younger generations.

Also, the moment when itel Mobile felicitated with its consumers to feel a little boost of nationalistic pride by creating an ambiance of patriotism in all retail stores across Nigeria on independence day in 2018.

itel Mobile has reaffirmed the notion that they are not only a business-oriented organization with the duty of providing smartphones for everyone but also committed to communal development & giving back to society in many ways. Beyond the product, it is a brand that mirrors the resilience of the Nigerian spirit. It sees the struggles of the people and embarks on creating solutions to keep hope alive.

Technology Market / 5 Smartphone Habit That Must End In 2019 by leom007(m): 11:29am On Jan 25, 2019
Yes, we understand you love your phone, it’s undeniable that we all have developed a love affair with this little gadget that has made life easier in terms of communication and connection. But please, can some of us use it smartly?

The evolution of technology in Nigeria has brought in an influx of trendy, affordable and reliable smartphones flooding the Nigerian mobile market to the delight of everyone that desires to be a part of this mobile trend. As smartphone usage among Nigerians is growing, so are trendy slangs, languages, beliefs, and habits, some of which are annoying.
In no particular order, here are 5 annoying habits that drive most of us crazy about smartphones and the people that love and use them.
#1. The zombie texters:
Raise your hands if you have ever had someone run into you or a car almost hit you on the road. First, you think it was your fault for not being alert, then, you realize it’s not, as the person has a phone awkwardly pressed to their ears or hands while walking or driving.

This is all shades of wrong! Get a headset in case you have to make urgent calls while driving and if you are taking a walk, kindly put the smartphone away.
#2. The loud phone talkers:
It is very disruptive, distracting and annoying when you make a phone call in a confined space and you talk loudly or rather shout without putting those around you into consideration.

Smartphone etiquette suggests that if you make or pick a call in a restricted area, leave the room, finish your conversation quietly and return to your seat. This unruly behavior is not accepted anywhere except in the market.

#3. The flash masters:
I think when flashing was invented, the intent behind it was to help those without airtime alert the person at the other end of the phone to call back especially if it’s urgent. But then, some people have mastered the art of ending calls at 0.00 seconds, an annoying habit to really put an end to. They will never call you even if they have the so call airtime. Daris God o.
#4. The supposed-cinema assistance:
Imagine this: you’re in the cinema, finally here to watch one of the most highly-anticipated movies of the season. Pop-corn, check. Drinks, check. Comfy seat, check. The movie starts and half-way in, probably a suspense-filled scene is on when all of a sudden, in the darkroom, someone’s phone light is illuminating the whole room because he or she is texting or even worse making a phone call right in the middle of the movie. C’mon!

#5. The I beta pass my neighbor with 4 different phones:
Are we not all guilty of this particular habit, flaunting not one, not two, but three to four different smartphones in the name of having multiple sims because of inadequacies from telecom providers. We get it. However, why not get a premium quality smartphone with dual sim compartments that check off the right boxes in camera quality, long-lasting battery, speedy processor, and security-enhanced feature like the itel P32. You can thank me later for this information and the device only sells at a retail price of N23,500. Talk about avoiding an annoying smartphone habit.
Do you want to add to the list of annoying smartphone habits? Kindly share but first don’t forget to visit retail and online stores to purchase the battery- monster smartphone, itel P32 – a sure guide to avoid all these annoying habits.
