off course you are entitled to 21 days leave annually but no incentives attached to this.

Full Staff get paid 25th and Contract Staff later depending on the Bank. As at this year 2016 is Contract Salary now 50k or 40k? I heard from a reliable source that it is 40k(maybe it has been reviewed sha). Full Staff Salary is 80k.

Well for contract the salary comes 25th( kudos to ESMCS for maintaining this) and it has always been 50k(basic) except it's now reviewed downward today or they are cooking something which could be a classified info for now.

you need to exercise patience bro. The current batch training here waited for 6 good months after medicals. Though there were some issues back then and i guess it has been resolved.

Yeah abdoullerh was right, they had issues with the recruitment exercise last year November so it was stopped...but normally it should not take more than 2wks to 2 months.

Nice info but you made a mistake in the real Salary figure part of Contract and Full Staff you also forgot to add that full staff and contract Staff dont get paid same time/day.

@missindependent...thanks...I didn't mention the payment day cos I felt that wouldn't be necessary but one can be sure that for contract staffs you will get your salary on the 25th except it's weekend,and data gift will be on the 1st if each month.
As for the salary...Its #50k monthly and you are not entitled to incentives when u ar under probation,6 months after resumption is additional 10k+incentives,then after another 6months if your performance is fine additional 10k making 70k monthly+incentives...

@lewait God bless you for the full info..We did Medicals last week do you have any idea when we would be called for resumption?

I don't know when but if u'v gone for medicals and you don't av any health issues that may affect the job you will be called.

Someone was asked to remove his suit and tie as it was not a formal interview this year.

The dress code is clearly stated in the interview invite.

There are different panels...note i didnt mention SUIT,A word is enough for the wise.

well to assist some pple here...basic salary is #50k+#15k monthly airtime+1.5g data,free transport (but for some sometimes d bus stop may be far from your location but all the major bustops are taken into consideration), free medical service + other incentives may( base on performance)
Note: the job is contract,you will be on probation for 6 months after which you will be confirmed as a staff of the recruitment agency (ESMCS) and then be paid 60k,you will now need to work for another 1 year before being confirmed as a full time staff of etisalat base on performance(that is if you are lucky,cos we have larger percent of pple that here that have not been confirmed even in their third year.

The job runs on shift morning(7-2pm),afternoon(2-9pm),night(9pm-7am),your shift can fall on any day I.e mon- sun but you are entitled to 2 days off every week.
My advice is if you have a job now,please don't resign until you go for induction and you are told what you will be paid.If it's okay by you then go for it.

It's not compulsory to be corporate just do smart casual.

If you are going for interview,pls don't wear casuals... well ironed shirt and trousers,tie,nice belt and shoe will do.You can wear casuals for any other stage...A guy was sent back last year because he wore casuals.
