You can't compare them with your street yahoo boys who have no clout or influence that can trigger an internal rebellion if they are arrested.

Instead of building airports which the locals cannot use in thier lifetime, why can't you use the money to construct hospitals, sink boreholes and provide other basic necessities that directly touch on the in the grassroots?
