MadamExcellency: They used to be, but not now. In labour, like wheelbarrow pushing, the Hausa/Fulani charges the most, followed by Igbos, and the considerable Benue/Tiv people.
Additionally, the Hausa/Fulani have become the least industrious group in Nigeria today. The tribes from the Middle Belt are now recognized as the most hardworking when it comes to menial jobs." Who did the recognition? |

2mch: This is good. Unity Schools have been long neglected. The conditions and standards need upgrade. Including the feeding. They should be competing between themselves annually by ranking and with private schools fiercely. Most intelligent students should also be given scholarship opportunity to attend the best ones and the best of the best to the University. The gifted school has always been hijacked by politicians, so I hope the education minister pays attention and rewards exceptional students from poor backgrounds especially. Is the education minister not a politician? |

Romance › Re: Pretty Lady Laments The Attitude Of Modern Men Towards Women (Photos/Video) by lexy2014: 9:59pm On May 16, 2025 |
VEE2010: The situation may not really change like that. Some men are still showing love to random ladies however, the OP needs to understand the following: 1. Women are short-lived in the attraction market: The OP should not expect the same energy deployed by men in chasing her 10 years ago. Once a lady is aging, men's attention usually shifted to younger generation. 2. Maturity factor on the part of the ladies: ladies in their late 20s or early 30s appears to be in at least a serious relationship that could lead to marriage hence the chase by men for this class of ladies reduces. And some are desperate to get married making unserious men to be careful so they dont get hooked. 3. Maturity factor on the part of men: Guys who are yet to settle between age 35 - 45 who should be dating ladies in their late 20s and 30s are more mindful of value on the part of ladies which are seldom found in today's world. And more so, most serious guys in this category have married or are into serious relationship, thereby reducing the number of single or unengaged guys. 4. Economic situation: This point needs no explanation 5. Character flaws: Ladies in the late 20s and 40s without a serious relationship appears to be either morally bankrupt or does not have any value to bring to the table or both hence, difficult to find a serious person who will accommodate their flaws. 6. High taste or misplaced priority: Most ladies expect to get what they cannot offer leading to their misfortunes and abandonment. so you believe the trash she said? |

Glimpsetv: A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to express her concerns about the changing attitudes of men in today’s society. According to her, there was a time when, if you went to a restaurant to buy food, a man would approach and offer to pay for everything.
She added that back then, even men who didn’t know you at all would walk up to you at a shopping mall, offer to shop for you, and even carry your basket around the store. But nowadays, she says, men no longer do such things — instead, they simply wait for you outside.
She also recalled how, in the past, men would often stop their cars to offer women a lift upon seeing them by the roadside. But today, she claims, such gestures of kindness have become rare.
She went on to lament how much things have changed in the country, reminiscing about 10 to 12 years ago when men were more willing to help women and showed genuine care.
Watch the full video to hear her heartfelt thoughts and personal experiences on this shift in male behavior. how old is she that she is saying "back then" and recalling? do men go to supermarket to shop or to carry basket for women they just meeting for the first? so a grown man will just wake and go to supermarket to go and carry basket for a woman he does not know? which kind saw dust de this one brain? |
