Nurse practitioners are as well licensed , even at the Masters level of education can also diagnose and treat medical ailments, yet they are not doctors. what point did i make? do you understand the question i asked? However, Podiatrists are not medical Doctors, only MBBS/MBBCH, MD and BDS are qualified medical Doctors. What was the agency in charge doing with regards to overseeing the activities of these estates in the first place? how is it possible for all these estates to be built without the approval of the LASG? These estates, deemed illegal due to their failure to obtain layout approvals from the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development layout approval is supposed to be one of the first documents that should be obtained before any development work begins. if these estates were built without layout approval, is the LASG going to demolish the estates or the estate owners will produce a layout to be approved by paying a "token"? |

Stephen0mozzy: This is the 2020s, if you're going to school so that you can get a job, you're wasting your time and money.
School is to equip you with the knowledge that you can use in your chosen field to provide value to society - its a shame that many spend 4 years of tertiary education, but do not pick up the simplest knowledge of economics - money is in demand and supply.
You have an education that exposes you to formal aspects (and often outdated textbooks - yup books written two years ago are mostly obsolete by today's pace of new findings) and rewards you will a title of B.Sc so you can atleast get interviews and join certain circles - if you networked well.
You not equipping yourself to be able to start something however small with the mighty knowledge you ought to have gotten, you are the problem of yourself - and hey, you can always pivot!!!!! Take a cue of what's in demand, and provide the service (learn it first of course).
Truth is there are not enough jobs to accomodate even 10% of graduates we churn out nation-wide evey year.

TimeManager: True talk, a man that couldn't honour his promise to APGA and Ojukwu, he lacks the integrity to keep a vow. He overrated his relevance in comparing himself to some world leaders whose shoe laces he dare not tie. If after eight years, it was insults and cusses that greeted you climbing down the Governorship seat of a small monolithic state, how much more, a complex and diversed nation like Nigeria. Are you going to command the Governors and pull them like your appointees to dance to your dictates?. Do you think diverse ethnic demands and considerations can all be satisfied in a short time?. Even as small as LP, you have failed to provide leadership. According to Gov Soludo, any politician who promised a one term tenure needs a psychiatric evaluation. Nigerians are wiser than deceitful promises from desperate politicians.
-Kiss the truth! instead of focusing on Obi who is not occupying any public office, why not focus on tinubu who occupies the highest office in the land? tinubu swore an oath on the 29th of May 2023. Oath of Office of President
I, .............. do solemnly swear/affirm that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to the Federal Republic of Nigeria; that as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, I will discharge my duties to the best of my ability, faithfully and in accordance with the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the law, and always in the interest of the sovereignty, integrity, solidarity, well-being and prosperity of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; that I will strive to preserve the Fundamental Objectives and Directive Principles of State Policy contained in the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; that I will not allow my personal interest to influence my official conduct or my official decisions; that I will to the best of my ability preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; that I will abide by the Code of Conduct contained in the Fifth Schedule to the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; that in all circumstances, I will do right to all manner of people, according to law, without fear or favour, affection or ill-will; that I will not directly or indirectly communication or reveal to any person any matter which shall be brought under my consideration or shall become known to me as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, except as may be required for the due discharge of my duties as President; and that I will devote myself to the service and well-being of the people of Nigeria.
