The uniform, whether police , FRSC, NSCDC, Customs, Military represents state authority within the limit and scope of your authority.

And no authority gives the military to weigh in over civil matter or act as guard over private property or obstruct constituted civil authority.

The military is not law enforcement agency and any usurpation of civil authority should be sanctioned by this archaic military generals who are ignorant of the law

Again, why are the laziest military in the world , the ones always obstructing civilian authority?

there's a big difference between this case and Wike's case.

The court had already given its judgement and the police came for execution. The Lagos state government led my a very calm and civilised governor in thrvperisn of San wolu appealed because a court had already given order.

In Wike's case, there's no court judgment and the army was sent on a illegal duty to impede a government work.
