The CBN policy states that after your first three transactions on another bank's ATM terminal, you will be charged N65 when using another bank's terminal. If you use your bank's ATM terminal, you will not be charged. If you use Access Bank Debit card on an Access Bank's ATM terminal and you are charged, you need to contact them and complain.

On third withdrawal they said. I used access bank ATM today and on my first withdrawal I was debited #65 just like that.

Why dont you just send a message or call their contact center to make an enquiry? I think the email is contactcenter@accessbankplc.com and number is 012712005 or 012802500
They will answer you.

Have you contacted them to complain about this? you can send them an email on contactcenter@accessbankplc.com
I am very sure they will take this up on your behalf because the Access Bank i know do not joke with their customers. They provide good customer service experience. Send a mail and i am sure they will treat you better.

My bad exprience withAccess bank customer yestaday. I took a night bus from lagos to abuja when I got a message that I should proceed to kaduna for one or two reason and I had famly member living in kaduna and I was not having much on me to buy some gift for my brothers and inlaw so I decided to follow the bus I took from abuja to command junction after then a keke to kachia Road.
I got to the bank trying to get a withdrwal slip I could not find one and i approach a lady and I said to " may I know where I can find the withdrawal slip and she said to me don't u have an ATM.
she just angrily directed to another lady, the next the other female officer told me where is your ATM. I said to her that I was coming from travelling and I ran out of cash and I am in need of money and my she told mi can't withdraw with the slip or I shold enroll for another ATM I told her no after that I told her I want a trasnfer form she directed to another lady. The lady @ the tranfer deck asked me she the of phone I am using I showed her nokia 206 while my andriod phone was dead and was in my bag. After some miunte of filling the form I asked her the time I will receive a notification she said she can't say but has been done.
MY OBSERVATIONS And REASON FOR PORTING OUT
1. They all lack politness and courtsey
2. They don't value their customer
3 Non challant attitude
4. Poor customer Experience and engagement
5. They all don't care if u stay or leave
They fail to know for each customer that had bad experience and said it out there are 25% where also treated in a such manner but will not say it out they also fail to know a customer will only go where he/ she is wanted ,respected and understood
