To my amazement she brought out the company manual stating I put in five years in service before bringing such request. I tried to reach a compromise with her but she insisted she can’t go against the company laws. As anyone had this problem and how best did you handle this. I still feel like damming the consequences and going for it but the funding will be a problem without a job. What’s the best way to handle this, need matured advise

I can't imagine myself working for any company physically it must be remote. ever since I graduated I haven't worked physically for anyone before, I always do freelance, I am not the fan of 9 to 5 job sector. I am also happy to say I have removed a couple of persons from physical to freelancers. I rather write a book to make money than to work for anyone physically from 9 to 5 plus enough sexual, psychological, and mental stress. This is the time to re-evaluate your job!!!
