I was employed for a role as IT officer but wasn’t told I’m replacing the head there and been underpaid-fortunate to hear that when told to fixed a zoom meeting for the MD & board of directors and had to listen & it’s over a year.
The board of directors wasn’t happy to hear the head I’m to replace is still there, the head is still getting twice my pay and no information about mine been increased even if he leaves.
What can I do about this? The workload is overwhelming and the pressure to do twice more is alarming. Please I need advice

This guys don’t mean well for this country- they should be price control policies governing almost everything in the market and reduction in fuel- that can’t solve the issue atall
