The Forum of South-East Academic Doctors (FOSAD) These guys didn't say a pim when students in the South East forced to stay on Mondays while their parents who dared to venture out were brutalised and kpaid. Well, Tinubu deserves all the heat as he was also on Jonathan's neck. |
Same way his people hated Buhari even in death and never hid it. Some will like you and some will hate you, even when you have done nothing to them. |
Now that this has escalated to this forum, expect a quicker resolution. |
This misinformation has been allowed to fester for long by the church and it's been quoted by everyone.to malign the man, his church , and his tribe. Please where is the evidence of this statement? gare: |
![]() Insincerity and deceit fulness run deep in their vein. Never ever ready to take responsibility Now that we know where the problem started from and who orchestrated it, we can now forge ahead so as not not to fall in the same pit again. Ttalk: |
Read the thread again, the OP clearly mentioned that "One Nigeria" is fraudulent and we should demand for referendum. What is wrong in knowing how the regions who were at least functioning and thriving before Aguiyi Ironsi promulgated that evil unification decree. What is wrong with that? Yes, we will create awareness, there is nothing the South, especially the South West is gaining from this contraption. The political leaders who make decisions now for selfish reasons to put their people in bondage should know that they would be called out even after they are gone. Ttalk: |
You're triggered, sorry. History shouldn't have been discontinued so that people like you would know where missed it as a country. Ttalk: |
Nigeria should at best be left to function in the regional mode it had earlier. Only God knows what Aguiyi Ironsi was thinking when he promulgated the Unification Decree. If we had maintained the regional system, the competition would have been fierce and I doubt it anyone from God knows where will have the effrontery to turn the forests in another man's region to kidnapping hub. |
Maybe he has grown up now. You know people mature with time robosky02: |
Well done Ogun State. That state has all the potential to be great One of it is her proximity to Lagos. |
You'll be surprised there are Yoruba buts amongst them. One of them on a radio station in Abeokuta this morning even started the agenda, questioning why Ijebu people were doing Ojude Oba while Ogbomosho kids are in captivity. None of them even questioned Seyi Makinde for going on rally same period. Very unfortunate. Bluna: |
This is the culture they want to shit on, the culture they lack. It's very obvious from their coordinated attack on the festival. The organisers and indeed Ogun government must sit tight. These angry birds could go to any length to cause a major security breach leading to next festival to ensure it does not hold. The hypocrisy is even glaring when you considered the fact that the Gov. of Oyo State was on political rally and jamboree days earlier and these guys were completely silent |
#50 000 000 X 36 = #1 8000 000 000 Just to be clear. If this passes in Anambra, other states will copy it and might take it to a ridiculous level. |
There are several cars parked there but you chose to amplify this particular one. Those guys came in an helicopter and obviously there would be some people on ground. Is this what the 2027 electioneering will be all about. |
Now you get. There is no contradiction all along except you chose to misunderstand me. We are entirely different people lumped together in One Nigeria. While we are still together, can we at least respect individual spaces? Maybe lots of frictions would have been avoided if we play by this mutual respect. Does it not bother you that some people in their hundreds and thousands transfer their voting point to other people's space? Are you not bothered by this act? Denko2721987: |
Well, the unitary government was foisted on us by Ironsi, maybe this was the plan all along. To address your points, you need to understand that even though Nigeria is artificially one, we are still a conglomerate of different nations and that difference must be respected. In fact, the constitution , while empowering the President to appoint ministers specifically compel him to appoint at least one from each state who MUST be an indigene of that state. You see why everyone must guide his own space jealously in this forced union from people who want to erase state of origin? And to be clear, no one says anyone should not vote in other states, it has been that way all along. But why would some people leave their enclave in wholesale and transfer their voting point to another part of the nation so that they can have voting strength and possibly dislodge the original owners of the place. In your inner mind, do you think this is what One Nigeria means? Denko2721987: |
The problem with people like you is the fact that you wouldn't appreciate Nigeria is a conglomerate of different nations. The constitution wouldn't have envisaged some greedy people would leave their part of the nation to go and alter the political landscape of others by transfering their voting point massively. What does it take them to respect other people's space in this forced union? Go ahead and explore the loophole but don't act surprised if the owners of the land decide to push back. Denko2721987: |
E be like say people dey vex from South East o. LP, ZLP, NDC. Which one again? |
Lere must explain how he got the information about Emeka. We must also query why people feel they could move their voting point indiscriminately to other people's region. Same thing they did in Lagos. What is this propensity to take what belongs to others while you keep yours? |
He should stop? How? You either like him for who he is or ... lordm: |
No one must contest again because Obi will be on the ballot? Aren't we all concerned about competence again? pdppower: |
Why are you triggered? I didn't mention anyone right. 1. He didn't build the teaching hospital from the scratch, he upgraded the Amaku General Hospital into the Anambra State University Teaching Hospital in Awka to meet the accreditation requirements for the state university’s medical school. 2. He partnered with St. Joseph Specialist Hospital, Adazi-Nnukwu, to establish a heart centre which was completed years after he left office. 3 To his credit, his administration worked with missions to upgrade health institutions and hospitals, including nursing schools You can't put a number to it because those information are speculative Does any of these make him any spectacular? Does it absolve him of the fact that he kept state's money in a bank he has interest in? OredoPikin: |
Good luck. The more the merrier. |
Not Fubara's brother? Or he's also a placeholder? |
Don't go that tribalism route. We are discussing the subsidy removal and floating of naira. What exactly should the government have done differently? franchasofficia: |
That's because you are incapable of civil discussion. Why not bring forth a superior argument and let us learn . franchasofficia: |
Thr argument has been that when dollar was artificially put at #270, it was being seriously padded and supported with borrowed fund which is unsustainable. Should we continue on that path until it blows up in our faces? How do you suggest we rectify this. guobe: |
So how was the subsidy being paid back then? How was the naira being supported also? How come the state governors now have more money than before and are not owing and rationing salary? The borrowing has increased and their excuse is that they need to finance critical infrastructural projects instead of using it to pay subsidy and salary. I agree, this must be questioned and the government must be held accountable. I guobe: |
People who wouldn't take responsibility for their actions are dangerous. Does that like something up to 125 people? See them already alerging that the video is doctored . Why didn't you give the same excuse for the APC and ADC? |
Ok. We should go back to the era of borrowing to pay subsidy. We should continue supporting Naira with borrowed fund while some people make humongous money from round tripping. What exactly should we have done? |
