I initially selected Abuja while filling out my DS 160 and before paying my MRV, but I can see interview dates available for both Lagos and Abuja. Can I choose a date in Lagos and attend the interview there instead? Will this cause any issues? Thanks.

I was trying to send GRE scores too. Tried to pay via PayPal but it didn't go thru. If you have someone in the US, the person can pay for you with his/her credit card
