I need a good advice

I was denied September 13th 2021
I bought another MRV fee to apply for another appointment
Applying again for spring 2022.
I booked an appointment for February 2022
I readed from the Cgi portal that, i can not apply for expedited appointment
but after 2months.
My question is that do i have to wait for 2months or 6months before reapplying. thanks.

My question is that, when a visa is refused for spring 2022
and interview took up September 2021. When is the best time
to reapply? do i have to wait 6months or 2months before
