Although, I don't have experience in layers. For now, I'm base on broilers.
What I've learnt is that before your layers will start laying, you must av spent up to 1250 to 1350 per bird.
And when they start laying, 100 birds will eat around 10 to 13 kg per day of layers mash

You have to follow layers medication/vaccination chart very well, and there house must be clean always to avoid disease.

1. what's your stocking capacity?
2. type of poultry house( deep litter, cage system or high rise pens)
