Hi guys, I need a good and reliable mechanic in Ibadan to repair a Toyota avensis 1999.

Pls oh ... I have changed my timing belt like 4 times within 6months , I bought new, bought toks, still cutting, no oil spillage from engine oil seals ...could there be any reason as to why it keeps cutting?

It doesn't have any implementation it depends on the car and most cars that doesn't come with air conditioning has the facilities for air conditioning like the factory wiring socket,position for relay and fuse.
But actually it depends on the person installing the air conditioning.
