I am a female 27years and single� I reside and work in Ibadan. After much thinking and all I have decided to get a plot of land or half and maybe start a building project by next year in Ibadan cuz compare to the price of starting a building project in my home town Ibadan is quit cheap.. i earn a salary of about 70k but can also get access to loans. I was able to speak to someone and he said I can get half plot for 250k. Please house I need ur advice cuz I really do not have close family members here in Ibadan and I barely understand the language. Should I take the risk or invest on sometin else.. meanwhile I invested on forex trade last year and I lost 720k so I don’t want to take those type of risk again....

That said, this is one of the dangers of using an agent especially those ones that misrepresent information just to achieve an objective.

2020 is just few years ago, so I’m sure that your friend’s details are still fresh with the embassy. Any misinformation can earn him a 10 year ban…and it could affect future UK and Canada applications.
This is my opinion o, I’m not a guru yet…

Hi guys! Please I have a question maybe you all can throw some answers. A friend of mine is planning to apply for a student visa (Italy)but he was told that his documents will be verified and authenticated. Now this is the issue, in 2020 he applied for a us visa (with the help of an agent) he was told to bring down his age on his international passport which he did but yet he was denied visa. This time he doesn’t want to use an agent so he is doing everything by himself, wat is your advice since his birth certificate is carry a different date and his passport is carrying a different date??
