Those installers always request for transport money and money for installation. Before they even unpack your Meter, they've requested for money. Who do we report them to? When reported, what actions will be carried out? Lets keep deceiving ourselves.

I even gave them 12k after installing mine and the installer said he would sent the installation form to my email address.

It's been 3 months now, no installation form. The meter has been mounted in my house , but I need the installation form to program it.

I know many of you will ask what "Motion Sickness" means. Try asking yourself if you have ever traveled on a long journey and you experienced discomfort.

The discomfort you felt was a result of motion sickness.

What is motion sickness? Motion sickness is an illness caused by motion during travel.

I boarded a 15-seater bus with AC. I decided to travel because I have important stuff to do from Lagos to Abuja. Before we moved, I decided to eat something light 30 minutes before the journey.

After 30 minutes past, it was time to move, the driver started the bus, and we began our journey.

2 hours into the travel, I started feeling a discomfort in my stomach. I felt like throwing up. I tried everything possible but to no avail.

Observation: I noticed that each time the driver decelerates and runs into port holes or bumpy roads, it triggers my discomfort. I also noticed that when I rest my back and head in the seat, the vibration of the car will also affect my tummy.

When pressing my phones, reading messages, or looking at trees, I feel like my eyes are turning, and the urge to throw up.

Causes of motion sickness based on my experience:

* Eating before traveling or having a full tummy.
*Assessing mobile phones scrolling and reading books.
*Consistent deceleration and acceleration by drivers.
*Closed windows and AC Plus different perfumes scent
*Not focusing on the horizon
*Sitting behind like from 6 to 15 (you will find it difficult to see the horizon or highway)
*Sitting posture
*Not listening to music
*Perceiving fumes from other vehicles


Ways to tackle it

*If you do feel discomfort or any abnormalities while traveling, try to see a doctor 2 days before traveling for a prescription.

*Using bitter kola, peppermint, sweet, ginger etc could help.

* Avoid consuming anything 12 hours before traveling.

*Quit accessing your devices consistently while traveling.

*Make sure you focus on the horizon or highway by looking at the front glass of the bus while seated.

* Sitting near the window seats. Make sure you feel the natural air.

What I know is that AC bus + window close + different perfumes + consistent acceleration and deceleration will cause motion sickness which will make you feel like throwing up, your eyes turn around, headache, and many more.
