Can someone please give me an idea of labour costs for fencing a 2acre piece of land?

I am considering the option of bringing someone in from Nigeria to help with childcare. I have had aupairs before, but I am considering a much older person. I just checked online and it looks like the domestic help visa is only for 6 months. As anyone had a recent experience of this? How did the process go?
