Thanks a lot for everything. Now I will apply for courses taught in english in France.

I have one question , how much time schools take usually to refund the deposit. I have written a refund request and send it , really need that money for my registration in France.

It's 28 days now since I have applied for administrative review I still don't have received answers from UKVI.
Do you know how can I contact them outside of UK to explain how urgent my case is?

Oh no... I really need that decision to know what I have to do. My plan B is to go study to another country, I have already done an interview with the school.

The problem is I don't know if I will get a decision from UKVI within the 28 days. That's really important, cuz I cannot wait for another month.

Hello @justwise, I have sent my AR since march 9, and received an acknowledgment email one minute later.
I have read that it takes 28 days , is it working days or calendar days?

It's very stressful!

@justwise I have sent my AR last Wednesday. My latest date of arrival was march 7. There is another intake on april . Will they ask me for a new CAS if they change the decision?

Use additional paper to give reasons why you think that the ECO was wrong to deny you a visa or summaries it without leaving out important details

This is how I did it:
Is it good? I just made a sum up of the ECO comment and then wrote my answers

In the AR I have to give the reason for refusal but the box is very short and I cannot write in full and write my answers. Can I just sum up in a sentense the reason for refusal and then write my answer

You can scan and email or send by post without scanning it.

You don't add any other document just the form.

Remember you have to send it within 28days of getting your decision

Okay, I was just afraid to do the review in a wrong way, because my friend called on agent but he said it is not easy to do, maybe he just wanted my money. I will complete it today and let you know.

I don't know why you are delaying, feedback from your school will not play any role in AR decision or outcome.

You can send it by email or post. Just a page back somebody did the same thing and was successful

I will send it tomorrow then. I just have to print,fulfill the boxes with a pen scan it and email it right? No need to send additional letter with the review?

@justwise please I need a help, I haven't sent my AR yet because I am waiting for the school to give me feedback. Now I cannot wait the marketing officer anymore and I want you to explain me how to send it. I have the link and the answers. But I am afraid doing it in the wrong way.

@Liloupazzo... What is the name of the school? You can't just say near London bridge. I guess your answers weren't clear enough during the interview.

No they didn't ask about the location of the school (London school of commerce) during the interview, it was an answer to @justiwe question. Thank you dear, appreciate your answer.

@justwise: okay, I was just afraid they don't put enought attention to all documents because it happened first withe the ECO, so I was saying myself that the may also neglect some important facts.

-About the courses and other instituion do you think I have better to put the title my bachelor course ( bachelor in business admistration) to say that it is in the same field that the MBA that I intend to do is relevent?

-They didn't ask about other institutes during the course , is it enough if I say it wasn't asked and I didn't talk about that during the interview?

- About the question where will you live: Can I add that I have provided the same adress on my online application, TB test and tenancy. And also if they replied NO when I asked if it is about the adress then I couldn't talk about the accomodation ?

It will be very helpful for me to have your answer because I want to send a good AR! If I send it early it will be beneficial for me right?

I have prepared something for the administrative review , please can you tell me if it is good:

- I was asked about my interest for other courses in UK and I said that I have not considered other courses while planning to come to UK because I already knew what program I will do for the master when I started my bachelor courses in Senegal and it is directly linked to my bachelor courses. Furthermore I had very good reasons to choose this particular course and institution as well and I gave explanations during the interview. I have not been asked about other institutions during the interview.

-I don't agree with the second reason because I know exactly where I planned to live in UK. I have provided a tenancy of an accommodation where I plan to live.During the interview I asked if the question was about the adress and the two interviewers replied "NO" then I said london, thinking they were asking about the city. I know exactly the travel requirements to the college because I have done many researches and asked also to my friends living in London. I couldn't reply to a question that has not been asked or guess it.

- This is a saving account and I don't use it for any purposes other than my expected studies in United Kingdom. Previous deposits were made before the statement that I have submitted and further checks can be made to verify. I have provided my brother's financial documents and employment information in support of my application to prove the origin of funds in my bank account as he is funding me.

I truly believe that there was misunderstanding during my interview and that I am a genuine student because I meet all the requirements and I have done all the necessary reseaches for my studies in United Kingdom.

Hello @justwise and everyone here, I have been refused a tier 4 student visa ( got the refusal letter on thursday 25th february) for not being a genuine student.
The 3 reasons given by the ECO were not fair at all

- He said that I just stated "london" when they asked where will you live in UK , but I asked to the two interviewers who were taking not at the VAC if it is about my adress they said NO. Then I replied that I will live in london. I have submitted a tenancy of an accomodation with my application. He said that I gave a simplistic answer.

-Second: He said that I stated that I haven't considered other courses or institutes in the UK. But the interviewers didn't ask about institutes and I have choosen to do an MBA well before deciding to come to UK, it is directly linked to my bachelor degree (BBA).during the interview I gave reasons why I have choosen this particular institution.

-third: He said that there is no activity in the acount and no evidence or explanation has been provided to prove the origin of my funds. But the previous deposits were made befor the 28 days in my bank statement and I have provided my brother's payslips, annual income, employment letter to prove origin of fund.

So all the 3 reasons were wrong, can you please help me because I don't know what to do!!!
I was awarded 40 points !
