The ongoing war between ex-band mates and kinsmen, Innocent Ujah Idiba, (Tuface) and Austine Garuba Ahmedu, (Blackface) took a new turn on Thursday as the latter came out to reveal further details on what transpired between them.

Tuface and Blackface were members of the defunct Plantashun Boyz, which made waves in the early 2000s but fell apart after some years.

Following their breakup, the trio went on successful solo career, with several albums to their credit.

However, Blackface recently took to the media to accuse 2face of stealing his song, “Let Somebody Love You”, which he featured American rapper, Mary J Bligge.

2face subsequently denied stealing the song, claiming it was co-written by his manager, Efe Omoregbe.

Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, says the victory of his party, APC in the presidential election in 2015 signified the exit of Nigeria from hell and that nobody should pray for the return to power of the former ruling party, PDP.

In an interview with newsmen in Abuja, the minister said the APC is not scared of the the possibility that PDP would return to power in 2019.

Recently, there have been many reports that Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is considering bringing Lionel Messi to the Premier League. Guardiola is said to be hoping to have a reunion with the 30-year-old forward whose contract at Barcelona will expire in the summer.

Manchester united goalkeeper David de Gea has admitted that it was difficult for the team to be spectators rather then contenders in last season’s Champions League.

After failing to qualify for the tournament in the 2015-16 campaign, the Red Devils had to settle for the Europa League.

The club were on course to suffer the same fate last season when they finished sixth in the Premier League, but they were guaranteed a spot in the elite competition’s group stage after winning the Europa final.

According to report, Paramount updates understand Liverpool have agreed a fee worth 148m Pounds with Barcelona for the transfer of Brazilian Philipe Countinho to the Nou camp.

The Reds are said to be working on plans to replace the brilliant Brazilian after their owners indicated to Barcelona that €160m (£148m) would be enough to get a deal done.

Wife of the Arsenal FC fan who slumped and died in Owerri, the Imo state capital during last weekend Premier League game against Stoke City, has opened up on how her husband, a ‘die-hard’ supporter of the Gunners, died.

The man’s wife, Ndidi Ejimba, who has three kids, said since Dominic, her husband died, on Saturday evening, things have not remained the same for the family.

The woman said that watching Arsenal play in any competition at all, was life to her husband.
