I also think that starting with Flutter is indeed a good choice. It is gaining popularity and offers a single code base for both Android and iOS apps.
Foreign Affairs / Re: Russia-Ukraine War: World News, Weapons & Battlefield Discussions - Live by Lina555: 5:59pm On Feb 16
⚡Ukraine and Germany signed an agreement on “security guarantees.”

This year alone, Germany will spend 15 billion euros to support Ukraine, Scholz said.

Germany intends to provide assistance to Ukraine as long as necessary to restore territorial integrity, according to the document on “security guarantees”.
At least, Europe still helps Ukraine. I couldn't find words when I found out that the US House of Representatives decided to run away for an early vacation which means no aid for Ukraine.

Art, Graphics & Video / Re: DIY Sites by Lina555: 12:28am On Jan 25
I often check HowToMake https://howtomake.net This is also a site for people who look for different DIY project ideas. There are good and easy to follow guides there. I like it. Of course, there are other similar sources like Pinterest, for instance, but I need to register there to have a full access to its content, which I find inconvenient.

Foreign Affairs / Re: Ukraine Neighbours Now Blockade Her by Lina555: 7:37pm On Dec 12, 2023
Unfortunately, not all countries support Ukraine the way it needs it.
It's true. Nobody knows how long the war will last. Ukraine needs support and help. And I'm sorry its neighbors don't understand it, especially taking into account that Ukraine fights for their peace too. But still, there are ordinary people who are ready to help. The organizations like https://cartodonate.com successfully find and cooperate with them. I think Ukraine has more chances to win if all people unite to help.
Foreign Affairs / Re: The Sad Reality Of The Ukraine War. by Lina555: 2:51am On Dec 01, 2023
I doubt these numbers are right. Where did you get them?
I often talk to the Ukrainian people and often donate to various organizations. The last one I found was a business portal in lutsk https://algorytm.ngo/en/projects/diiabusiness-in-lutsk This is a national project for entrepreneurship that provides free consultations, business events, co-working space, etc., so the new startups can enter the market easier. Moreover, such projects make more Ukrainian people stay in their native country and open business there.

Properties / Re: Protect Your Home: The Importance Of Regular Gutter Cleaning by Lina555: 8:37am On Nov 20, 2023
We were so tired of gutter clogs. It was really hard to clean them out. Having looked through the leaffilter reviews, we installed their gutter guard. It is supposed to protect our system from damaging debris. Time will show, but no issues yet. Anyway, thanks for the useful information, I'm sure it helps many people here.
Travel / Re: Exciting Travel Plan Ideas To Inspire Your Next Adventure by Lina555: 12:07am On Nov 18, 2023

Interesting tips! I wonder whether it works when it comes to long-distance trips. I want to visit India and it seems to be pretty difficult to do this spontaneously.
From my own experience, I can say that undertaking a spontaneous trip in India is one of the best things you can experience. If you are ready, go for it! I once did this way and have no regrets.
Everything started when I decided to have a rest and go somewhere. It was supposed to be a short trip not too far from home, but my friend called and suggested going to India together. She had booked tickets but her partner couldn't go. It was a sign smiley I also decided to visit luxuryindiatours.com and choose a good tour, I always do this way when I'm going to visit the country for the first time. It makes me feel safer and helps me not to miss something important and beautiful to see.
In short, it was a great experience and wonderful travel. And if you have the possibility to go to India, do this!
Properties / Re: Why You Need A Building Permit by Lina555: 2:47am On Nov 17, 2023
Planning Permission and building permits are essential for various reasons. They ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards, protecting both the property owner and potential occupants. Also, obtaining these permits guarantees that the proposed construction or renovation aligns with zoning laws and minimizes any potential conflicts with neighbors or the community. So, yes, it is definitely important to have them.
Science/Technology / Re: What Is The Easiest Way To Create A FINTECH APP by Lina555: 4:42pm On Nov 09, 2023
I've already gone through this step, so I'll gladly share my experience in the hope it will help you save time and make the right choice. When I decided to create a fintech application, I had to look for a tool or software that would be easy to use and provide me with all the needed features. After long research, I ended up choosing a Kindgeek white label fintech platform https://kindgeek.com/white_label for this purpose. I'm more than pleased with the result. This platform is suitable for a number of digital payment products, so I'm sure that yours is no exception. I recommend checking it out.

Car Talk / Re: Common Mistakes That Can Cause Damage To Your Vehicle @ Payandrive by Lina555: 11:52pm On Nov 06, 2023
I'm surprised nobody mentioned scraping a car's underground when parking or getting into a driveway. I faced this problem twice, unfortunately. Both times I had to repair my car. At home, I installed curb cramps on my driveway, found good ones at a reasonable price here https://curbrampreviews.com/. It turned out to be a great solution for me. But still, there are many other places you can face this situation, especially if your car has a low clearance.
Pets / Re: Lets Share Pictures Of Our Dogs by Lina555: 9:27pm On Nov 01, 2023
What a cute girl! I'm thinking about getting a dog but can't choose the breed.
What size of dog do you want? If you like smaller breeds, a Frenchie bulldog might be a great choice. You can find out more about this breed here https://frenchiereview.com/. Frenchie bulldogs can be the perfect house pets. These playful dogs lack an enormous amount of energy, so at the end of the day, they will be happy to cuddle with you on the couch for some quality time. Also, they are great if you have kids and other pets.
Investment / Re: Choosing The Best Solar System For Your Home: A Comprehensive Guide by Lina555: 12:07am On Oct 25, 2023
Great and useful guide, thanks for sharing! I'm thinking about buying solar panels for my home, but I can't make the choice...
Yes, it is not easy. To get a true measure of a solar panel's quality, my advice is to look at things like their guarantee, the reputation of the manufacturer, customer reviews, and the panel's technical specifications for things like efficiency, temperature coefficient, and power tolerance. I did this way and bought high wattage solar panels for my home. From what I calculated, they are supposed to start saving our electricity bills soon because they have almost paid off.

We bought a Polaris UTV last year. It is awesome! I didn't think I would like riding it that much. Moreover, there are many great accessories out there. I've recently bought a utv sound bar and it works great. I can't wait to test it.

I'm looking for a UTV for my children. I'd like to buy one with two seats. Thanks for sharing your info and experiences, but any pother recommendations are appreciated.
Except for the UTVs mentioned above, I can also recommend checking Kids VIP. This brand offers a significant selection of ride-on cars and trucks for kids, including 2-seaters. They are of high quality. I was recommended to buy exactly there by my friends who already tested these cars. Both my son and I are happy with the purchase.
Music Business / Re: The Importance Of A Properly Mixed And Mastered Song/ep by Lina555: 5:26pm On Oct 17, 2023
Did anyone try using AI for music creation? I've just looked through eMastered reviews and it seems to be a great option for musicians who want to get their music mastered without breaking the bank. The AI technology makes it easy to get a professional-level sound without having to hire an engineer. I'm thinking about giving it a try.

Car Talk / Re: Mercedes Benz Thread by Lina555: 12:14am On Sep 28, 2023
My Mercedes is a total junk. I've already found the ways to sell a junk car profitably https://twitgoo.com/are-there-any-ways-to-sell-a-junk-car-profitably/, but it would be great if someone shared the experience with selling a non-running vehicle. It seems that parting it out will be the most profitable option, though it requires more time.
