The apo by mechanic village we are talking about have asked u to come for inspection & verification, that 1 Billion is workable for the 10 hectares. Meanwhile if you don't also mind inside mbora estate after airport junction, 5 hectares inside it going for 200M, so 10 hectares will be like 400M.
