Romance / Re: 80% Of Girls Make Out With Their Besties - Lady (Video) by lincontee(m): 6:12pm On Nov 03, 2023
May not up to 80%, but out of every 10 girls (ladies), 5 out of them are doing their fellow females and still doing males. Bisexuality. Most females friends staying in a room together or Flats together practice this a lot. Anyone can carry out your investigations. Most especially the gender admire their fellow gender boobs, & ass publicly sometimes.

Politics / Re: With Functional Refineries, Petrol Will Sell For Less Than ₦‎200 – IPMAN by lincontee(m): 6:31am On Sep 02, 2023
Mynd44:
This isn't true except the FG will introduce subsidy on crude oil to the refineries.

If the crude is supplied at market price, the difference due to importation will not be more than ₦‎50-70 naira.

The only advantage is the pressure on the Naira due to FOREX

Your submission is very wrong. What is subsidy in the first place? How will FG introduce subsidy to crude oil that you drill locally to functional refineries.
Local Production and local consumption is not to be determined by any international bodies like Forec. You produce crude oil locally, you refine locally and consume locally. Your Government locally determines the selling price base on the cost of Production.
Dollar or forex comes to play when you dealing with international communities.

If accreditation is must by BVAS. If not accredited by BVAS you can't vote.

Why will you uphold the results that is not transmitted by the same BVAS.

Every Functions of BVAS in conducting election must be adhere to and must be made to work.

All the functions have been tested perfectly before deploying them for election and INEC assured Nigeria everything is perfect till election is conducted.

lincontee:
If BVAS is primary factor in this election, there can't be IREV without information from BVAS, accreditation, House of Reps & Senate Results, everything concerning BVAS must be well adhere to from A to Z, once single part of BVAS functions is omitted, then nullify the BVAS as primary factor in the election.

BVAS is the Game Changer (Is the Primary factor)

If failed to be accredited with BVAS Automatically you are not eligible to vote.

If some results can be transmitted to IREV by BVAS, they are very valid. House Of Reps & Senate Results. All

Presidential Results Failed to be transmitted to IREV by BVAS. This nullify BVAS as Primary Factor and as Game Changer

Before you can say BVAS is a Primary Factor, it must be able to carry it's functions optimally.

Politics / Re: INEC Agrees To Extend Voter Registration By 60 days by lincontee(m): 1:22pm On Jun 22, 2022
You have spoken my mind. All what needed is synchronization of data captured for any citizen interested in voters cards registration from any of these, NIMC, International Passport registration, BVN. All information needed can be synchronised from these Database. To reduce crowd.
Quest7777:
Extra time to accommodate more Obidient voters.

But INEC needs to make the registration fully online especially for those who have previously captured their biometrics via NIN, BVN, NIMC...
All that would be needed is to link their data to existing NIN database.

PSTEMMA1960:
sir the Op is 95 percent correct... The only places u can get cheaper room less than 120k is anything maraba down to masaka or suleja side or bwuari area council and u know that those places aren't Abj but neighboring states....Nasarawa and Niger state..
. Bwari is not in neighbouring state in case you don't know, Bwari is one of d Area Council in Abuja, A single room is different from A room self contain, even Gwarimpa that is under AMAC, you will get a single room less than 100k within d indigenes settlement in Gwarimpa, not to talk of Bwari Area Council. Op is not informed about d properties analysis well. May be 10% correct.

I am into Properties. I have lived in Lagos, and presently living in Abuja for about 6 to 7 years now, also involve in Lagos and Abuja Properties business fully well. Lagos is far more expensive than Abuja. A lot thinking that Abuja is more expensive than Lagos are not fully into Properties business and don't know places in Lagos with their respective values.

Just a flat in a block of flats somewhere on island 650M naira, not the whole block of flats, just a flat. The so call Maitama, even Aso Villa, a fully detached house with swimming pool, bq, gym, etc will be like the same price or even can be cheaper than this just a flat in a block of flats.

I have a lot of instances.
