under both the customary law and the civil law, the wife of the deceased has a right to occupy the house of the husband. she needs to apply for a letter of administration if the man died intestate i.e if he died without a will and if he had a will better. the woman need to sue the boy. alternative, she can inform the husband people and it will be settled amicably and property shared according to custom and tradition of the man's village. |
