Today I got admit for UT software engg

All database of information of all public and private organization are connected with a technology called X- Road. Serious countries all over the world send their citizens here for training to learn how Estonia e governance work. (Google e Estonia).

A brief scenario of how the system work as regards to police
An offender committed a crime in lets say UK and decides to come over to Estonia to settle whereas UK govt is on the look for him. If come here and enter a public bus, the system will notify the Estonia police of his current location. If he decides to use his own car, a camera that scans Plate nos detects his location because the car registration is linked to him. So crime here is extremely low because everything is connected.

Just a small correction Skype was sold to Microsoft.

I'm sorry, you can no longer apply for the scholarship. The deadline has passed. It's caters for only living expenses. One can apply for it before getting admission but only after getting a positive feedback from Uni's first review of one's application. One has to signifiy on admission application that he or she got to know about Estonia through the scholarship or send emails after applying to get a supporting letter. Tuition fee scholarship is automatic after admission if a Uni is offering scholarship for the course one applied for. For example, UT admits only 25 students for the course I applied for and offers 100% tuition scholarship to 14 students on the admission list.

Which program you've applied in UT ?
Secondly, you said they gonna roll out admit in June can you tell the source of this information. Over the webinar and on UT page they are saying May 13 as their decision day.
