Same here.. My friend is still using her Hot Note no issues guess his had issues and didn't relate to Infinix Carl Care Service Centre or Forum

Bro, find something reasonable to say. I have someone at my workplace who still uses the hot note despite the fact that she bought it at Launch, calculate how many years the hot note has been in the market. I got the hot 2 barely 2 weeks after it was launched, used it for about 6 months and gave it to my wife who is still using it till now. Do the analysis yourself and tell me how many years you think I'm talking about here. There are other instances of you want me to go on. Perhaps you had an issue with your phone and that doesn't mean you should generalize it

I have using my infinix device for 2yrs no issues, purchase another one... Enjoying it... Have what issues with yours?

I bought it from the office in Ile Ife, Osun state. Ive been there a couple of time. I was told the xpen is an accessory and no warranty for accessory. Imagine an Xpen that cost that much!!

A phone not up to a month charger not longer fast charging( in fact it stopped charging it).

My phone (#70,500) now a useless piece of shit in less than a month.

What do I do next?

I will give an app to fix it.. You didn't tell your IMEI is missing would have guide you to use MTK or mobile uncle

d recovery reset dint solve d issue... I had to download mtk engineering mode and reinput my imei..my sims are working fine now on the phone...d only problem not yet solved its d nvram shi when my Wi-Fi is on.....note: please my fone is not rooted and all this started when I tried updating my os.. Wasted close to 1gb trying to update , After finishing downloadn /unpacknn it failed to run...I had to reset my fone to see if t was going to work instead it made it worst.... Leme just be managing ds fone like Ds, just to update is a probelmm ...infinix na wah oo

Sorry about that please switch off phone boot into recovery mode and perform a factory reset..how to boot into recovery mode, press n hold power plus volume up button when phone power on keep holding volume up, phone will boot into recovery mode

He needs clarification, some thinks Snapdragon is the ultimate forgetting about E Chipset. Chipset plays a major role in Mobile functionality but that doesn't determine the end output of mobile usage. Samsung S8 running one of the most expensive Qualcomm Chips Snapdragon 8 series still having battery issues

P25 compared with Snapdragon 8 series got amazing stand on functionality, battery, GPU and processor, even the Antutu Benchmark got an amazing score. Even Qualcomm sub manufacturers brands are using P25, X10, 20,25 etc I see nothing wrong with Zero 5 running P25.

Based on your gallery and file man, your phone is okay you where viewing old download folder whereas you have other folders loaded with images, Goto DCIM, Pictures you will see other images
