If you have a copy of your application signed and recommended, open a ticket to the Academic Registry tell them you have applied and upload your evidence of application. It will be attended to. It sometimes take time though.
SIWES registration closes when others close 19th October going by the current calendar.

Unfortunately I don’t have a copy as i have left the city,will try follow up though.

Yes, it does take sometime before you can login and see your details on the SIWES site. You can proceed with your SIWES pending when you can add your SIWES details on the portal. Can you login do the site? Send me a DM let's try it and see.

No I haven’t tried login the siwes site,I applied for change of centre but till today it hasn’t proof successful, i have not done course and exams registration as well ,been told to wait until it reflects on the portal.


I don’t know if the siwes registration could close soon or it all applies for all?
