What baffles me most is that people now refer to this set of people as 'illegal'. My people, what is your opinion on this, is this just or unjust?

While some of selection of The candidates might based on merit, the man-know-man factor cannot be ruled out. I'm on the view that the selection process should still be scrutinized even after training and another recruitment be conducted.
