Before ones heart condition becomes worse it gives them signal, probably a sharp pains in their chest or their upper region. Likewise, when you start having problems with the eye, it also give you signal. From the case of your son, you notice this problem is coming and going (reoccurring) because you are using things that only stops it for some time. If you really want something for your son, I could recommend some supplements that will help combat this problem.

True, Thursday was independence day for our prestigious country Nigeria. Thursday we mark 60years when we were set free from our colonial masters. Thursday, we celebrated the freedom we had many years back. Many people were at home resting, while so many others were very busy with their day to day activities.

That same Thursday, we at Elyte also conducted activities, we did this because we are helping the nation. Part of the things we do here is that we work with farmers, and these ones did not see it the way many of you saw it, because yesterday was independence day they didn't tell themselves that they will sit at home and watch their livestocks or what they are planting lack food or water. Many activities went on yesterday, you are not complaining about that, those who worked at the seaport won't tell themselves that they won't go to work and a ship is coming into the country, the custom officers or the naval officers or even the police officers will not say the same of themselves, construction workers working in Lagos road were on duty, the transport workers were busy, market women were selling and some banks opened but closed early. All these activities still happened yesterday, these people did this because they know they are helping people. You won't criticize them because you feel it is normal, but you come here and criticize us. We know your type. You truly are not just lazy and weak, but you are also called critics, those who are never contented or never pleased with what others do.

We will keep helping the nation to the best we can. Understand that to help people you will be criticize. It is said struggle and criticism are prerequisite to greatness.

Do you ever get appreciated at your place of work, even with little performance?

At Elyte, we do not work all month without having fun, it is said 'all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy'. I love my work and my side business.

We are the best, for those who knows. If every organization would act like us, we will have less health problems.

God bless Elyte and those that were celebrated.

While most of you come here to criticism us, those who has taken the opportunity and ran through it and still running are being celebrated based on their performance for the month of July.

Now, you can see most of our faces. If we truly are scammers as you all claim, this wouldn't happen.

True, the act of being an entrepreneur is not generally accepted by Nigerian youths. Many of them want to work and taste the cooperate environment. They say to themselves, "I want to work with an organization to learn the processes so that one day I will start my own thing", my brothers and sisters it ain't easy as you think. Those of us who have been there and are sincere will tell you this, that we only wasted our time in those organizations. Why was those numbers of years a waste? We worked our ass off to gain experience but not achievements. The recent pandemic just proved to us that the kind of work most of us are doing is not profitable to us.

How do we reason as a society?
After coming out from higher institution and serving our country Nigeria, we believe that we will get something better to do. Some do get a well paying job(according to them) while many do not.

Getting a job on its own is quite difficult in this country of ours. We all know the processes of getting a secular job. For example, in the Banking sector before you are being employed you go for a recruitment process, then after being selected to work with the organization you undergo a training either for 3months or within 3-6months period. After these period you will be slotted to different branches within the country to start implementing what you were trained on.

I believe we are all familiar with this method or process, so accepting something different from the usual is quite challenging.

ELYTE has chosen to be different in everything they do, which is the more reason I love us. You come in as Business Development Associate working with the company at the same time starting/building up a business. Elyte is an entrepreneurship firm, so those coming in should also have an entrepreneurial mindset. There is no how you want to talk about entrepreneurs without mentioning the fact that these set of individuals are risk takers.

One way we discern those who can work and function as an entrepreneur in Elyte is if they are willing to take risk.

So for those of you who come here and clamor on the 5k you were told to paid for a resource material, I pity you. If 5k stops you from gaining an opportunity, then you should stop, think and understand that you are broke. And if you want to change that, then do something different from what you were doing that made you broke. Or, it could be that you are not broke, it's just that you are not a risk taker.

To that individual who came here to complain about the staffs of Elyte, I am so happy you came and you saw them. You will definitely meet with us again if you do not take the right decision now. But at that time, these ones made mention of and myself will be head of some organizations. I believe you are surprised at my statement. I love what I do, I love Elyte even with the criticism, it is said that struggle and criticism are prerequisite to greatness. I love the fact that you all are talking about us, Jack Ma said whatever people complain about there is an opportunity there.

Those people you made mention of you shouldn't have done that, Miss Temitope is one lady I respect so much, she is an ambitious and goal driven person. I bet none of you here has ever closed any deal like this lady. You spoke about my boss, Mr Authority, he might not be eloquent like yourself, he might have this rough background but he is far more intelligent than your dad business-wise, financial-wise and investment-wise. He didn't need to speak well to have achieved any of these. But my question to you is, how far has your calmness taken you? Does it buy anything at the market? Nah.

You went further to speak against my MD, I have no words for you. I tell people, even if you do not want to work with Elyte, the information you get there is one you can use anywhere. We help you see the truth now for you to make the necessary adjustment. Whatever decisions you make today has it consequences at the future be it good or bad.

What baffles me is you only come here and talk about the recruitment process, you don't even know what happens after that. You think your money is what we use in living, then we will be stupid entrepreneurs.

We do have a job to offer, and that is the role of a Business Development Associate(BDA). Being a BDA in Elyte makes you act and think like an entrepreneur, that is why you can't work with us if you do not possess the mindset of an entrepreneur. Not every one of you can function on that role. If you feel that getting the material is a scam, no problem.

At your leisure, go through this video on YouTube and see the reason why 99% of you are poor, number 6 - 9 are very important.

There is nothing that can change a negative minded person, even when you inject positive things inside of them, their negativity will always cloud the positive. Many people come to ELYTE with a negative mindset, and they feel everything they see is wrong. They try finding fault with the system, because of what they think about us. In as much as people come here to criticise us, most especially those who might have tasted a glimpse of our trainings, I am glad that some people see the essence of the company and the trainings it renders. Today, I train people on agriculture something I never study in school, we go to companies and give presentations on investment, health and agriculture. If you call us a scam we will not be doing any of these, besides I won't be personally developed in these areas. But everybody has a choice to make either to become an entrepreneur(by learning something new) or to love working for someone.

Many of you who come here and nag do this because you are less experienced. Most of you have never worked in a corporate organization, you have not seen the stress involve in working for someone, you giving out your time and energy only to be given 2% of what you did. Some of these bosses are not appreciative. At the long run, you eventually get sacked. ELYTE gives you a platform where you can work with them at the same time build a business. This I have been doing for the past two months with my team, and it has been interesting. For those that attend the recruitment trainings and do not come here and speak of the positive things they've heard and how they can use them with or outside the company, but only speak about what they feel is negative, we know your type, the unappreciated ones, the ones who feel they know better on how to run a company, those who have never secure any deal in their lifetime, well done. Keep up the good job. But remember, time will tell if we truly are the scammers.

An Entrepreneur is a person who sets up a business or businesses, taking on financial risks in the hope of profit.

There is no how you want to define these persons(entrepreneurs) without thinking about risk. Entrepreneurs are risk takers. Risk involves uncertainty about the effects and implications of an activity with respect to something that humans value, often focusing on negative, undesirable consequences.

If you aren’t prepared to take risks, you have no business being an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship is fundamentally linked to risk-taking. In fact, when you get an invite from Elyte and you are not a risk taker kindly ignore it.

You want us to tell people plainly that they are to pay for a materials, that wouldn't happened not today nor tomorrow, they didn't do that to me when I started, now I know why the process is like that and I tell you it is a good one. We discern people who can work with us based on their willingness to pay for the materials. It is called risk, one good quality of every entrepreneur.

Out of a 100% of people who comes for the interview/training session, 95% of people wouldn't see the importance of getting such material, but 5% will definitely do. This little statistics helps us see the reason we have few persons who are entrepreneurs here in Nigeria because many people in our country are not ready to take any risk. According to Charles Lindbergh he said and I quote him "I don't believe in taking unnecessary risks, but a life without risk isnt worth living."

I have been wondering why there are so much criticism about Elyte. True, Elyte does not act as every other organizations. If you have ever worked in a place before you will understand the normal process, you are being enticed by such organizations and you are made comfortable while you achieve nothing for yourself just experience. Many of us are and were in that situation. Imagine you working for 6yrs and you can't say this is what I have achieve. The only things I achieved was getting suits and shoes for myself. The little time I have spent here I see myself going far, I am learning something new everyday.

Elyte is an entrepreneurship firm that builds you, gives you a skill and brings out characters that you never knew you had. It also gives you a platform to build something of your own while you are working with them, something that other organizations do not support if you really understand what I am saying.

If you want to work as a Business Development Associate with Elyte, you need to have an entrepreneurial mindset. As an entrepreneur, you need to take risk. How do they know that you are a risk taker, if you can't invest in yourself. You feel you are paying for a job, rubbish. The truth about it is that you are not a risk taker, you feel you are being scammed. A company that has a building, you can access them, you can recognize its staffs anywhere, I wonder what you are being scammed of, probably your time. For those of you that couldn't pay for the material and you come here lamenting, you are not appreciative at all. Even if you couldn't pay for the material, the training you recieved should at least geared you to building something of your own or starting up something even if you do not want to work with Elyte, but because most of you came there to just see based on what you seen here, you tend to ignore every other thing you hear. I thank God for my wife, if not I would be like everyone of you here lamenting too.

May God continue to bless Elyte for this opportunity together with those who are interested to work with them.

I got the invitation like 4 times in the month of May, I was skeptical about it. I was working from home at the same time applying for jobs for a better pay since most of our salary was reduce due to the pandemic.

I went through their website, then I went through the comments here on nairaland. The comments here made me conclude that they were scammers since few people or probably some of their personnel spoke well about them. Thank God to my wife who told me to go and check to see if it's true and not to make decisions based on people's comment. On the 12th of May, I went for the interview and they were about 23 of us in the hall. I was biased about the process because I have never gone through that kind, that is, after the interview there was an orientation, that is what they called it. About 16 of us were in for the orientation, 7 persons were disqualified during the interview stage. All of this I observed careful, just to be on a safer side.

The following day, I received a message inviting me for a training on the 14th, that was on a Thursday. The training I received I will tell you I have never received such in my 6years working experience or even in my life. I got home very happy my wife was surprised, the following day I went to resign from where I was working. I started working official with Elyte May ending. I will tell you entrepreneurship is the future of Nigeria if only they open their mind to it. There are many opportunities out their most especially in the area of agriculture and health. This opportunity I have seen has really paved way to other opportunities. I am barely 3 weeks old in Elyte, but the trainings I get is one in a million.

My advice to some who cares to hear, never base your decisions on other people's opinions. You have a mind of your own, decisions are what you make for yourselves not what others make for you, if I had listened to what I read here I swear I will still be were I was.

In fact, this Friday that just passed we had a Zoom meeting at the office with other of its branches. I swear this company will not seize to surprise me. I am so glad I am here.
