If the icon is in unlock mode, it simply means if u knowingly or unknowingly close an app its closed until u relaunch. If the icon is locked mode any app in use remains open until the phone is restarted or powered off.

How long does it takes for an IG of police to brief the president in a sane country? In western climes, issues like this get to the ears of the presidency in the same hour of occurrence. The presidency is expected to also issue a statement calming the populace and telling them not to panic and to go about their normal activities as the government will leave no stone unturned in bringing the culprit to justice...All this is supposed to happen in the space of two hours. So stop supporting mediocrity
My mind goes back to Trump and. Macron when unfortunate incident occurred in their space, the response was Swift and precise
