I think they should rebuild anyways, move conley, parsons, and gasol the same year, its the key. Moving all of them at the same time to start a rebuild. You don't want to move one, and still be okay enough to make 30- 35 wins.

You won't get into the playoffs, and won't get a good pick either. Moving conley, and gasol the same year guarantees them enough picks to start all over again, Quickly. They might need to call that man in boston to teach them, Although, i don't think any team in the nba is as stupid as the nets.

It's easier to rebuild when you only have one big player, for Memphis to attempt a rebuild, they will be moving chandler, conley, and gasol. It was easier for kings to rebuild because they only had to trade one player, Memphis has to trade at least two, and buy out one player to start a rebuild.

Exactly. Situations have to align. But seriously, lbj is being selfish right now, he needs to commit so we can actually make this team complete. Our second unit is already looking frightening with wade leading (obviously the sixth man of the year currently) and a trade for Boogie will push Crowder to add to that bench.

Maybe the front office should take a gamble because if LBJ cares about winning and you give him a team that wins or gives him the best chance I doubt he'll leave because there isn't any other team his addition would make this formiddable.

Then there's the issue of pay cuts in this hypothetical situation because IT Bron and Boogie would all want a pay raise next summer, are they all selfless enough to do what's best for the team and create a dynasty in cleveland?

I will use the word challenging and not harder � but nothing is impossible (I believe in prayers, grace, favour etc). If you get a job from a company that sponsors international students, they will do all for you and you will stay back. There are still some people who do get jobs in UK, infact a friend just got a job and he studied in Caledonian university. I am only preparing people’s mind to the reality on ground that the chances are small. Students need to be strategic, chose the right school and course and apply very very early.

Find out sectors they need people here in UK, also find out which schools in that particular sector that most companies in UK recruit from..... that is a way to go about it. Some schools have the name, so you will just be left with getting a good grade and then it will be much more easier.

For example, If you want an oil and gas job in UK and you are thinking of studying in Scotland, then as a student, you have to first of all consider university of Aberdeen so as to get better chances. A graduate from uni of Aberdeen stand better chance than a graduate from UWS, Caledonian and even Strathclyde in the oil and gas sector.
