I have heard something like this before, the girl is very wicked... @Tnuola said it all, the best bet will be for her to go first and then the rest of the family can join later... With that she will be able to prove a strong home tie to Nigeria

I just saw the documents u submitted and they are very ok.. most times these VOs can be very funny. There are people that submitted less documents and were approved.. it is well.. If you dont wanna apply through student anymore but through marriage, you will have to show proofs that you and your fiancee are married.. say pictures, marriage certificate and any other thing that can spice it up

but i would advice you dont apply immediately considering the fact that you just got denied study visa so it dosent look like you are desperate.... But while researching about the spousal route u might wanna give the study one a last shot, u never can tell, this might just be it

Sorry about the delay dear, would advice u defer till may if ur course have a may start date and then refire while checking on the other route (applying through marriage).. God will see you through.. I can imagine how hurting it is especially after waiting that long.. I think the reason for denial has to do with home ties

Good morning Efamily. I got the well dreaded news from CIC last night saying 'I did not satisfy them that I would come back after my studies' this was the reason given to me before. This makes the second refusal. I can't even explain my emotions right now. But I know God knows best. I guess I would have to take the other route which is through marriage as my fiancee is in Canada already. . Does anyone have detailed information as to that route? Nevertheless, I wish Tnuola , mrnilo, warrikid and other awaitees in the house a positive news from CIC . We go meet for canada soon by his grace. I can't wait to hear you guys good news Atleast it would put a smile on my face. Lol. Have a good day guys.

This is usually what happens when guys focus on just 'beauty' or other physical attributes of a woman to get married. After two years of dating, u definitely must have known the type of person she is, but you went ahead and married her. And also people around you must have advised you not to marry her but u ignored them. Its sad that things turned out this way, im sure you are not ready to lose ur life all in the name of staying married, pack your load now and run for your dear life.... Maybe some time away from her will change her behaviour but if not then divorce is the only option but be part of your child's life.. I dont know if ur wife is very beautiful but a beautiful woman with an ugly heart is ugly... cry
