Also to add it is ur company that initiates the procedure willingly.with ur Ausbildung contract without the pre approval letter ur under the one year waiting category.so most Ausbildung places will ask u .how are u going to come what is the stand of ur visa .if u want more info holla at me.

After they ask you your stand of your visa would they be more willing to get the fast track done for you if you were direct with them? And do you have an idea which companies and which cities are more likely to do this for you?

it is the Choice of ur employer to initiate the procedure .some Ausbildung companies don’t like to involve themselves with visa procedure.some hospitals just take it upon themselves to do it .so as an Ausbildung student if ur company does not do it for u ur not qualified for the category and telling u from present Information and updated .your under the bed,aupair,work visa.

Ah that makes a lot of sense. So if one was lucky enough to get an Ausbildungplatz that did that for them they'd apply to this category otherwise they wouldn't. Makes way more sense now. Thank you for explaining.

no it does not she has to attach a vorabzustimmung zum visum(pre approval letter).Ausbildung contract is not qualified .am also facing same challenge of appointment

I'm currently trying to confirm this from my friends in Germany but the appointment booking site states that applications that fall under 81a of the Skilled worker immigration act (along with vorabzustimmung zum visum) can book with that category. Under the link included in the site it states that Ausbildungen are included under the act and after reading act 81a I've learnt that the pre approval is also given to Ausbildung applicants so I'm a bit unsure atm. Maybe it's possible you are going off old information? Have you confirmed from your employer that the vorabzustimmung isn't given for Ausbildungen? The skilled worker act was only introduced last year so it's possible something has changed. I'll attach images and links below for reference:

Well yeah they did, it doesn't necessarily mean I NEED to have a kid of my own, there are heterosexual and infertile people so I don't see the difference. I can understand if adoption agencies in Nigeria would never be willing to let a gay couple adopt a kid, I wouldn't really care, I'd move and maybe get a pet dog lol.
