Nigeria is blessed by God, if you don't believe it, and work towards it positively you can't reach the blessings. By being negative about Nigeria you already count yourself out. It's just a landmass with abundant resources and good soil, this is what modern man needs to thrive. If you suffer or enjoy Nigeria continue, if you are happy or sad Nigeria continue. Life na choice, some choose to be sadists and negative...OYO.
I might assume i've scaled through and made blessed... but wha happens to the millions suffering due to the actions n inactions of this so-called leaders who r hellbent in making sure the common man answreth to their every beck n call...

Not everyone in Nigeria is poor, sad or depressed. Stop the generalization, find your way to live a good life. People act crazy everywhere. Nigeria is not that bad, people build a nation. This nation is blessed by God with resources and riches.

Blessed by God? Retract this phrase pls...

Romance / Achraf Hakimi Divorce :wife To Go Penniless As ‘mommy’s Boy’ Did The Unthinkable by LongLiveTheKing: 11:25am On Apr 14, 2023
Achraf Hakimi, a Moroccan defender, has been trending on social media due to concerns involving his divorce from Hiba Aboukhris Benslimane, better known as Hiba Abouk in the entertainment sector.

Since the Paris Saint-Germain player was accused of rape by a 24-year-old woman in France, the divorce case of the PSG defender and his wife has been in the public eye.

In March 2023, Hiba Abouk reportedly requested half of Achraf Hakimi’s assets in a divorce petition.

However, according to unconfirmed reports on social media, Hiba Abouk was informed by the Court that her millionaire husband owns nothing because all his properties have been registered in his mother’s name.

This means that Hakimi has no money, property, cars, houses, or jewelry, and even the utensils he has in his house are not in his name.

Social media users have heavily praised the former Real Madrid defender because they believe that if not for his smartness, he would have lost half of his properties.

Many also said that Achraf Hakimi’s unorthodox style will become the blueprint for men who seek to evade such situations during divorce proceedings.

Family / PSG Defender Achraf Hakimi Leaves Wife Empty-handed In Divorce Settlement by LongLiveTheKing: 11:17am On Apr 14, 2023
Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) defender Achraf Hakimi has left his wife, Hiba Abouk, without any alimony following a divorce application she filed over allegations of infidelity.
Abouk approached the court seeking the dissolution of their marriage and demanded half of Hakimi’s property in the divorce settlement.

However, it was discovered that Achraf Hakimi had registered all his properties and assets under his mother’s name, rendering him legally without any assets.
Achraf Hakimi ‘s wife, Abouk, 36, had expected to receive an equal share of Hakimi’s €70 million fortune upon divorce. However, she was informed that documents showed all of his assets were registered under his mother’s name.
According to Stades Football Club; “Ashraf Hakimi’s wife had taken the court for a divorce case and wanted them to separate the assets and divide them in court.

When the divorce took place and they agreed to share the assets, they realized Ashraf Hakimi had no assets and neither did the bank. Ashraf Hakimi had put all his fortune in his mother’s name a long time ago.”

Hakimi, who receives €1 million monthly, started dating Abouk in 2018 when he was 19 years old and she was 31.

This recent development has shed light on the legal complexities of the divorce proceedings, as Hakimi’s assets are registered under his mother’s name, leaving Abouk empty-handed in her pursuit of a share of his wealth.

In addition to the divorce settlement, Hakimi has also faced allegations of infidelity and misconduct. He had earlier been accused of raping a woman he invited to his matrimonial home while his wife and family were in Dubai.

As a result, the Morocco International is currently under investigation over the allegation.

The situation involving Hakimi and Abouk has garnered attention in the media, revealing details about their personal lives and the legal intricacies of their divorce proceedings.

With Hakimi’s assets registered under his mother’s name, the outcome of the divorce settlement remains uncertain, while the allegations of infidelity continue to be investigated.

A Virginia rapper, who was killed by police after he shot his mother and siblings, is said to have released a music video in the wake of the incident involving him and his family. Tiye Washington II, who goes by the stage name EGYPXN, allegedly shot his mother, as well as his 21-year-old sister, and 12-year-old brother during what police described as a “domestic-related incident” at the family’s home on March 28, ABC 8 News reported. The three victims survived the shooting, and were taken to a hospital for treatment.

This is what he shared on his instagram post a day after the shooting.

“This world is full of nothing but suffering and pain. The burden I’ve carried on my heart has finally reached its peak. I will not be held captive or a prisoner,” he shared. “I rather return to source. REMEMBER, please be careful and considerate of how you treat ppl. Ya never know what someone is going through or when their breaking point is. I’ve reached mine. This world is all a test.”

He added: “Overthrow this sadistic government and rebuild. On a fresh foundation. It’s time for me to rest now..#farwell”

Do you have your receipts and supporting documents? If you don't, your name is sorry.

If you do, you have no business with the infighting among them. Insofar as the sellers were authorised to sell the land, whether they gave the rest money or not, is none of your business.
i have my document intact where the village representatives penned they signatures. I even have video evidence

Good people are very few in Nigeria is truth that irritates many Nigerians.

Oga sorry about that, this is one of the reasons why I always regret being a Nigerian. The wickedness in the land is just too much, most Nigerians are fraudulent in nature. Both old and young.
But i was given a document for the land ....

I would love to make it short...
A neighbour drew my attention to a cummunity land which was put up for sale. Knowing how important landed property is, i quickly made payment for 4plots of land in the presence of the cummunty heads...

I paid whatsoever i was asked to pay, signed the necessary document (power of attorney), the community heads also penned they signatures as well.
Time came for me to develop the land after 3months or so, i was told to pay development fee to the youth's as tradition demand...i did just that.

Time for me to fence my land i was told there was a problem, infact that the money i transferred to the youth leaders account caused a huge issue due to how it was embezzled leading to the death of one cummunty youth...
I tried contacting those that sold the land for me but they where not reachable... i took a trip to whr i bought the land to see things for myself and i discovered that the people i bought the land from (the community representatives) where on the run from thier community. Another set of representatives whr formed and i was told that the ones i bought the land from couldn't give account of all the cummunty land sold, so in that case they consider no land to be sold... meaning they can resale my 4plots of land to new bidders..

MY PEOPLE AM IN SEVERE PAINS RIGHT NOW... your advise is welcomed please.

Mods help me move it to front page so as to get more contributions before the next meeting by the village representatives... thanks

That is why I tell investors to be very extra careful in land issues infact I won't advise you buy a land without immediately putting something on it. Don't get missled by hungry motivational speakers on TikTok decieve u into buying hectares thinking everyone will be pass the land daily without trying to take it. Even a king's land get stolen, whoever is ready to develop a property owns it, it's a natural resources even though it is in your name.

I never delayed developing the said land... i was about to fence it n start something
