Putin is selfish and a tyrant. If a nuclear war breaks out, which Russia will he continue ruling. Is it the dead people he will rule over. Will other nations fold their arms and watch him destroy their cities with nuclear weapons without making his own land desolate too.

Maybe you are meant for him and he is not seeing it or seeing you that way. But giving you twins in the dream means your hearts are so close to each other and you might probably get engaged. Why not ask God in prayer if he's meant for you or if you are meant for him and not waste your time.
