Don't add a divorce document o. Claim ur singleness o. Adding a divorce document shows you were married before and it means u deceived USCIS. So remain single o.

Sorry I’m responding so late, I have not had chance to come online since as I have been on my medicals and PCC since yesterday.

As for your case, I would advise you also let your mom petition for you while your other F4 case is pending. Double petition for immigrant visa is allowed as long as you are qualified for both.

It depends on how many years is left on your F4 waiting time. If it’s less than 5 years wait time on your F4, I suggest you should just wait for it. But if your F4 is still in its early stage, I would suggest your mom should petition for you once she gets her LPR. If your mom petitions for you, it will take a maximum of 5 years.

Nevertheless, your immigrant visa petitions don’t in any way affect your H1B visa application

Thank you so much. Your response is a relief. I have already told the person to hold on yet but I will tell him to proceed with the H1B process. As for my F4 it is still early. Not approved yet. It is less than 5years. Once again thank you for ur response.

Please I need an honest answer. I have a running F4, not approved yet. But a company wants to sponsor me on H1B please I want to know if my F4 petition will not affect the H1B.
