May I know your start up costs for this businesses? Is it an upscale salon or a regular salon? iamadonis2: For the life of me, I never knew I could follow 86 pages on a topic and another 27 on a related topic.
Guys, I'm talking about the epic topics created by HardMirror and TissuePaper. The learning continues here: How are you managing your Business?
I started a hair extension/ Hair and Beauty shop in May 2018
So far: 1. I save money but I've hardly kept my cash reserves for more than 3 months. This is because the business is still growing and in order to grow my inventory I 'reinvest everything into the business.
2. I currently have two (2) hair stylists working for me but I plan on letting go of one this January. Two reasons: The salon isn't raking enough cash to foot the bills of the two employees just yet and I myself have learnt to fix hair and make wigs.
3. Since the business is 8 months old, I have stopped my equity investment in it. I plan on using the business funds to grow it to the point where I can count my first million. (hehehe)
Retail gurus in the house and all those who may have ventured into the hair extension business, I sincerely need the best advice you can give me.
Kindly comment on how you manage your business. You could be the big break someone needs here. |

Springsdy456958: I would have ignored your comment but let me just say this.
There are various ways to get a flat in Lagos Via a registered agent, private individuals or a company. Even google can handle that for you.
You basically do not need a lawyer as much as you can study the tenancy agreement before payments are made into a cooperate(business) or individual account. But if you have a lawyer Good.
Most landlords don't live in most Houses at times, Researcher will say, it is best not to have your landlord living in the same building as you... check out the following, 1. address on the agreement. 2.Owner's Name.3 contact the owner via phone (voice call). If possible request to pay directly to him.4. after checking out the property with the agent or anyone you should also visit again on your own...5. hope this Help's. Thanks for your information. I just don’t wanna end up with a scam agent from google that’s why I asked here. Didn’t know the agents on google were legit. |

What are good ways to find a flat in Lagos ? Through agents or private which way is better ?
Do you require a lawyer ? How to check if the landlord is the real owner of the flat and avoid getting scammed ?
