From what I heard at INEC office today at my area. All hope of getting my PVC before Febuhari Election is lost. I was categorically told by the head there that all of us that registered last year cannot get our card before the election. Why is Jega then insisting that election would be conducted by PVC alone. I'm watching sha.

I just dey think sey na America I dey and gallup poll dey show this kind of result less than 3 weeks to the election. There office is around Shitta side, don't really know the name of the street but you can also link Adeniran Ogunsanya to the place. It depends on when were you are coming from. If you know the surulere local government council, The Inec office is along that road too but on the opposite side.
