people tend to derail from the main issue and hang on to an irrelevant one. As my people will say in my language "won a fi ete le ma pa lapalapa". (They would leave leprosy and start attacking ringworm)

Chapter 23
'I am not mad',I screamed again from the place I was kept in the compound.
I saw mad people all babbling, and making different gesture. Some of them even got near and tried to make friends with me but i rejected their mad gestures by shouting at them.They were putting on tattered cloth, some were biting themselves. Their hairs were unkempt, their body were having marks here and there-that is from the regular beating we get everyday.
Some who had tried to run away once or more had been tied down, as well as the vicious one. The other day,when one of them wanted to run,she bit the man in charge, and charged for the door. The man shouted in pain,but ran after her despite the pain. About thirty minutes later, I saw him and some men dragging her back into the compound, she was struggling for the door, but the men brought into conpound, and tied her down. We never saw the man again. It was after that, a cruel pastor took over. He was a balded, and has a pointed noise, which makes him look like a rat, especially, as his head is small. I, sometimes, wonder if he offended God while he was being created, that God had to use his two hand to hit his head into his neck, because it looks as if he does not have a neck.
I saw one of them,who was trying to make himself nake.d received lashes of cane from the 'sele' pastor in charge of us.
The man came near, and started flogging me.
'yeh! Please oooo what did i do...leave me now',I said crying with pain all over me,my body have sores;marks of cane was all over my-once-very-fair skin.My veins were showing. I wept in agony.
'Help!!!',I cried out loud, this made the man flogged me more.
'Shut up',he said baring his teeth.
'I will flog you until you become normal'.
I cried silently as I examined my body.
Bimpe,my friend and some other members of my family had tried to help me. My family members lost hope, and could not continue paying hospital bills.I had lost both of my parent in a plane crash , so I could not enjoy the care of a mother.
However, It was Bimpe,whose husband also died last year, that was doing everything for me. She brought me here and paid the people in charge of us.
I remember the day I was brought here, I fought hard, I ,even, tried running despite the fact my hands and legs were tied, but the men were too strong for me,I almost bit one of them;he slapped me hard for that. I was angry at people- they,out of fear,treat mad people like they are not a creature; like a wild animal. I was not a wild animal.
I was angry and could not allow myself to be another scape goat.
'Don't let her run ooo',some women shouted from their home,I saw one of them trying to hold her child, this infruiated me the more, and brought to my remembrance the pain buried deep in my heart.
I was Barren.
Today, I shouted with joy when I saw Bimpe.
'Bimpe!!!',I shouted with joy as I saw her an hour after my ordeal with the Pastor.
Bimpe made sure that she brought food everyday to the place.

I paused as i type this place now,I wiped tears from my face with the hem of my cloth, and wished to get over the urge to cry I have everyday because of Bimpe. Who knows? Maybe I would be in the grave now? She is the motivation of my actions after the demise of my first husband.
I took the end of my cloth and put to my face,then cried for everything. I look for a cloth to clean the drops of tears around my laptop's keyboard.

It is looking like I really have to wait till tomorrow to read the next episode....ohh...ohhh
