Urgent reply needed.

Please I need a banker or any1 with an answer to clarify me on this.... Is it possible for someone else who has my BVN to walk into a bank and open an account with my name but with his own picture and also link up the account using my own BVN?? Isn't the bank suppose to detect that the image on the BVN is different from that of the person presenting the BVN for link up?

my gtb and fidelity accounts we're freezed and are still frozen up till now for no reason due to a mishap from gtb... Few weeks ago I went to gtbank to complain that my ATM card isn't working. only to be arrested at their bank and was accused that a certain sum of five hundred and sixty three thousand was transferred from mine or a gtb account (initially they said it was from mine. Later they said it was from another gtb customer account) to my fidelity account which happens to be a false accusation.. I had to print my fidelity statement of account and show to the police before I was granted bail. My statement of account shows that there was no such transaction. There has never been any transfer from gtb to fidelity... Also I am yet to see the said complainant of the case. My accounts have been illegally frozen. .fidelity bank said they we're not informed by any agency why my account was freezed. I also have accounts in other banks and they are working perfectly fine. And all my savings happen to be in fidelity bank.. What should I do because from the look of things the freezing was done from gtbank
