As President Robert Mugabe's wife, Grace dragged presidential spokesperson George Charamba before a stunned Zanu PF crowd and a television audience Saturday, her husband , missed it because he was dozing off.

Grace was shouting the information ministry permanent secretary down for allegedly influencing the State media to ignore her philanthropic work while reserving good coverage for others.


Charamba has previously said President Mugabe's apparent sleepy postures would in fact be an attempt by his boss to avoid direct light onto his tired eyes.


But Saturday was one of the chilliest days of the current winter period with neither sunlight nor artificial light at the time to pin the blame on.

Yesterday, the witty and famous EFCC twitter handle finally revealed its handler as fast rising rapper,Olufemi Olukayode Adeyemi populary known as Fshaw.

For almost a year, his identity has been kept a secret but yesterday it became necesary to unmask him becasue Femi had been with the EFCC for the past year as a youth corper.

His NYSC programmed wrapped up yesterday and Fshaw has decided to move on from the job to pursue his carrer in music.


It's not clear who will replace him or if the handle will ever be as witty and interesting as it has been in the past year but Femi's career is already kicking off to a flying start. Nine passengers including a baby were involved in a fatal accident involving a 14-seater commercial bus at Egbeda area of Lagos on Thursday, July 20th.

It was gathered that the passengers sustained varying degrees of injuries.

The young man (pictured) identified as a pilot, pulled the child from under the bus and rushed him to the hospital.


Not only that, the good Samaritan also paid the medical bills before the arrival of the child's father.

As she ends her book tour at her alma mater, University of Lagos UNILAG soon, Toke on her IG page last night and reflected on her time while in the school. She remembered the time her grades were so bad she was advised to withdraw and that she spent 5/6 years in school when her mates whom she came into school with had already graduated.

I haven't always made the right choices but I am thankful for grace. I'm nowhere near perfect, I struggle sometimes but I'm learning to lean on the grace of God to catch me when I fall. It's quite emotional for me to end my book tour at the University of Lagos cos I remember my time there, I wasn't the brightest student, I had potential but I was a troubled young girl, I didn't care much for my books till one day I was advised to withdraw, and I hit rock bottom. I had no where else to go, my grades were bad, so bad the school asked me to leave. Something happened (grace), there was a meeting with all department heads I was granted mercy on humanitarian grounds. My lecturers knew I had it in me but I couldn't see what they saw, they decided to give me an extra year to turn it around. It was humiliating, I started not quite at the bottom but it was a struggle. My mates had graduated and I was in a new class and boy it was hard but I did it. I don't know how but I made a 2:2. Instead of 4 years I spent 5/6 but I made it out. It is important for me to go back and meet with the students in Unilag, the ones doing great and the students that are struggling too. Sometimes it takes sharing your story to inspire someone to believe in themselves and I'm always up for it. Dates will be revealed soon,

About this time yesterday (1. 30pm.. Saturday, 15th of July, 2017), I was coming from Elder Dapo Adeyemi son's wedding ceremony in Alakuko, Lagos, to attend Chief Olusegun Osoba's 78th birthday in Abeokuta.

As we were trying to cross the rail track between Obada Oko and Adigbe in our vehicle, out of nowhere, all of a sudden, without any notice, we found a train 50metres away from our vehicle. HEAD ON, we were hitted by this train that is probably running at 500kpm/hour.

I passed out, but to the glory of God, I woke up less than 5min after the collision and walked out of the CONDEMNED car unscathed except for a minor pain in my neck.

What else can I say than to thank Him!

Kwaito star Sipho Ndlovu, also known as ‘Brickz’, has been found guilty of rape in the Roodepoort Magistrates Court. Judgment was handed down on Friday afternoon following a three-year long court case.


He will remain in custody until sentencing later in July. Ndlovu raped a 16-year-old girlin 2013 at his home in Ruimsig, west of Johannesburg. It’s understood his wife Nqobile Ndlovu assisted the victim in opening the charges against her husband. .


National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson Luvuyo Mfaku said, “Mr Ndlovu was convicted of rape. After the conviction, the R50,000 bail that he was released on was revoked, hence he is in custody.” Ndlovu was arrested and charged on 1 November 2014 and had been out on R50,000 bail since.
