Npower batch c beneficiaries that observed changes on their Npower status like shortlisted or applicant becoming beneficiary and Beneficiary becoming applicant or shortlisted should kindly exercise patience as the transition/migration process on the Npower login portal is still ongoing, once the migration process is completed all errors on the Npower portal will be reversed, same goes with Npower batch c beneficiaries with empty payroll on their Npower portal, once the transition/migration process is completed all errors, missing informations and incorrect account details, such as wrong bank name, wrong account number and wrong BVN on the Npower portal will be reversed. Npower batch c beneficiaries on their own part have been instructed on the Npower portal to update all missing informations, should the "not added" error appear the Npower batch c beneficiary should check back later and continue to observe the Npower portal for updates.
According to Npower News today Friday August 25th 2023 on Npower validation, Npower batch c beneficiaries getting the "access denied invalid credentials" error message when attempting to complete the Npower validation process should kindly note that they should keep trying from time to time as Npower technical team is aware of the validation error on the Npower validation portal and it is being resolved. For those that want to check if there validation process was successful, just try the validation process again using the same link, if it was successfully submitted initially a prompt will come up that "you can not validate twice" but if it wasn't successful it'll read "submitted successfully"
