Thanks to everyone that welcomed me back. Note that I've been in the country a few times within the last 15 years, just that this will be my first time during Christmas.

Na wa o. Having gone through the thread, I could notice some common denominators that contributed to the situation.

I'm really empathetic towards the average Nigerians that are going through these difficult times.

This will be my first Christmas in Nigeria in 15 years but sincerely it does not feel like Christmas at all.
Besides the cold harmattan weather in the morning that normally characterizes this time of the year, nothing else smells festivities.
I remember with nostalgia what Christmas used to feel like. Seems a whole lot has changed.

Apart from the economic situations, what else could have caused this?

I remembered clearly when this thread was created and it's been many years after and here I am.

I made my first million today through selling Domain names at 26yrs. Thank you Jesus.

Ps: I'm currently going through some challenges in my career and school, but I trust I'll come back to Testify to God's glory.
