Even if he made it to whatever country he lands in, what is he going to do there when hes just 14 years old without a passport nor visa to the country?

What if he dies on the trip? Too many social media contents probably made it seem its easy for stowaways to get to their destination and survive there easily.

Orientation is needed for many people, not everyone that travels out of Nigeria finds it easy wherever they find themselves.

Now, let me address your point. Cancer cells actively create their own blood vessels through which they draw up blood from the body's circulation. So, the only seemingly realistic way to deprive them is to deprive your body of blood flow, which is impossible!

You see what you wrote up there? It will kill the patient faster than the cancer itself. Once all of that is taken away from the diet, then you'd deprive the person of what is sustaining whatever of life is left in them. And that's why you can't find any reputable or authoritative research publication to back that claim. If you can, then bring it on!
