More rubbish! What he did requires no training whatsoever, it was just common sense as i said, did you hear any of the drivers complain? So when if it was an elderly woman wanting to cross a busy road in London and someone gives a help to cross the road the person must go for training just to do that? Don't be ridiculous And oh! Did you know that Doctors and surgeons can volunteer also? well.. They do.
