1. Between IELTS and TOEFL, which one is more easier to pass, affordable, and d one dat releases the result promptly.
2. Can I apply to any University without the result of the language test (like awaiting result stuff).

3. Is it compulsory to write the IETLS before I can start d processing as a school cert holder. Pls I need step by step guide on this
