At Celtic Ihenacho was paid €30k weekly
and after his first season he was offered €12k per week 😭
Thank God for Bursaspor who offered €27k (€1.4 per annual) and a 3 year contract

TheSuperNerd:
Hi Great Thread of Nigerian Football, it is indeed a good day to be alive and be excited for what 2026 still promises.

Today is My Birthday and I want to remind everyone out there not to give up on whatever their dreams, aims, aspirations, project pursuits, goals, etc are.
Victor Osimhen did not and look at him today and his story is still not done. John Mikel Obi did not and now he is a bonafide Nigerian legend. Rashidi "Rasheed" Yekini did not and he remains the one of the pinnacles among African Strikers today.

Lastly, on a flip note, Elyte89 is still not giving up on his Super Eagles job dream despite we all knowing how impossible it is and he is also not giving up on Nigeria heading to USCAMEX 2026 World Cup, so honestly what excuse you get?

Cheers to me and Cheers to us all.... God Bless You.

Happy birthday the analyst

A simple trivia... GKs wars: Trust and reliability

The Super Eagles are in the final of the 2027 Afcon and will inevitably end that game in penalties shootout. Question is which Goalkeeper do you absolutely trust to man the goal even into penalty shootouts?

Option A. Maduka Okoye

Option B. Arthur Okonkwo

Option C. Francis Uzoho

Option D. Amas Obasogie

Option E. Stanley Nwabali

Option E. Stanley Nwabali

Thank you osayi🙏

If not you deflected that ball, match would have ended 1:0
And it would have taken a toll on Osimhen but you gave him the chance to redeem himself 😊😊😂

True that
Chuks wasn't up to par yesterday
Consistency issues still ..
He has to find it
Sometimes I feel it's a lack of desire to apply himself..
I might be wrong

Former Injuries he suffered might make him rethink his decisions.
Baba don't dribble as before cus of fear of getting one.

My opinion.

Did you know – Amas Obasogie got a yellow in this match on the bench?

Nice one for Him.
Since he is not playing at least he made himself useful by getting that card.
